In Tinubu's case, I find it difficult to use the word "forgery".

I can submit that the spirit of the Nigerian law applies to a conventional forgery where a person, for instance, forges a certificate because he didn't go to school or he didn't graduate from school.
But Tinubu's case is different. He is sure a graduate.
In light of the foregoing, I'm almost certain that the Supreme Court will tamper justice with mercy

What did she do instead? She forged it with the clear intention to deceive the National Assembly that was screening her. This is a very different case from Tinubu's

This is what I have been trying to say. You forge what you don't have with the intention to defraud or deceive people .

It appears to me that by CSU rules, any third party can print a certificate but the authentication of such a result can only be done by them (CSU) through the transcript they send.
So what's Tinubu's crime?
On the certificate Tinubu submitted to INEC, did he say he graduated and he did not? No
Did he intend to defraud INEC with the certificate? No
Did he misrepresent himself? No
So what's the problem?

How can Atiku prove that the certificate Tinubu submitted to INEC was forged and not prepared by a third party? Since CSU allows third parties to prepare their certificates, Atiku should have searched for, and joined the third party, in his suit. Since he, Atiku, didn't do that, then to me his case is very weak.
I see President Tinubu flying through the Supreme Court!
It's time to join hands with him to fix Nigeria.

I want to state that the Supreme Court MAY NOT even look at the so called certificate from Atiku. They may just decide to review only what transpired at the Appeal Court

As far as I'm concerned Atiku has no case. As for Pet Obi, why should he not be attacked? Does he not attack others?
