From your narrative, one could conclude that the young lady in question is not a student in your faculty. However, the fact that you do not know her in person does not prove that she's not a student in your faculty. I wonder what they teach you in law these days. You cannot tell me that you know all the students in your university or all the students in the country.

From your narative, you make it sound as if its none of your concern as long as she is not an Ife law student. A missing young lady is a serious issue whether she is student of law or no student at all.

The fact that a friend of hers studies mass communications does not mean a thing. You cannot tell me you do not have friends outside your faculty because I remember very well during my own days in the university, I had so many other friends (and even a couple of girlfriends) in other departments outside my faculty.

The main purpose of your narrative is to prove that the missing young lady is not a student of your faculty, which you flat on your face.

OP, don't listen to sparkle or do anything ilegal. People think they are smart but its a crime and its not funny when they get cought. I know this because I have supervised the installation of more than 20,000 prepaid meters in three States in Nigeria.

There are a number of reasons why you might be overbilled.
1) the meter could be faulty, (this is very rare but its a possibility).
2) Someone could have tapped power from your house without your knowledge
3). There could be a fault in your house wiring that is leading to electric power leakage
4) you are probably not managing power properly.

Since you say you are not new to prepaid meter, number 4 might be out of question, that leaves you with option 1, 2 & 3. What I would advice you do is to get a very COMPETENT electrician to check for power leakages and/or theft from your house. Power theft is mostly done in the roof and sometimes in the walls.

If all else fails, get a replacement for that meter asap

I find it difficult to believe that a professional worker will call a customer a goat( a lady for that matter) in a professional environment and in the presence of other customers. This Eden lady might just be trying to get back at d bank employee for other reasons she is not stating.

some of us here knows this lady might be giving false accusation but still supporting her because of the tedious process we sometimes go through in the bank.
Maybe he did call her a goat and maybe he didn't, as long as you were not there when it happened and there is no video/audio recording online to confirm it, it is wisdom to give people the benefit of doubt. It could be you and how would you feel when you are been condemned by people for what some person(s) wrote or said about you that may not be true.
