I do not believe its entirely true. Some people just rape simply because they do not want to control their urge, whether she/he is fully dressed or not, if someone without self-control catches u alone, thats the end of it.

Indecent dressing does not and cannot justify rape. Even someone that is properly dressed and covered can still be a victim of rape depending on the location or situation one finds his/herself.

Indecent dressing is most of the time, a trigger for rape action but it doesn't justify the act.

I was gisting with a family friend and then he said his girlfriend of 6yrs is his nxt of kin. Though, he lost his parents long time ago but he has 4 siblings. I asked y he didn't use any of his siblings, he said his girlfriend has been with him through thick and thin and that he has come to really trust now. The guy is very comfortable now and intends to walk down the aisle with his girl next year sha.

It really shocked me to hear a guy used his girl who he isn't married to as his next of kin and I was wondering if there are other people like him or people who wouldn't mind using their boyfriend/girlfriend as next of kin.
