But to look like she is pious she does it. So her country and parents can allow her compete. What you see there is not free will. Just look at the anguish on her face while running.lol. Respect my opinion, I will not stop commenting until Muslim women are free to wear what they want. Hijab or not! The comment of most men here show that they will force their wife and kids into hijab. So who says this girl up here is happy to be wrapped up like a Christmas present. Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion but urs is too stupid to be tagged an opinion. And how many muslim ladies, apart from the ones u have adulterated with ur ways, have complained to u. And who made u (a christian) an advocate of the Muslim ladies. This is how u start interfering in muslim affairs then turn around to start blaming the same Muslims for a religious crisis. U cannot succeed in misleading our muslim ladies to ur waywardness. |

baby124: Why are you imagining what I look like? I thought dressing like someone in a cage was your ideal. You are losing it. Stay in your bondage stop imagining. Yes, is not about thought, it is; clothedness is my PERFECT IDEAL and we are not complaining of her position and it is non of ur business. The question is; how do u look like in panties and bra? Can it be different from the evolutionary homo erectus or the early men? Celebrate ur nude gold medalist and allow the Muslim cos we are proud of her. |

Such clothes can never help you win. And how do u look like in panties and bra? A free mantis I guess. Celebrate the nude ones with gold medal and allow the 'caged' Muslim, cos they are okay. |

The athlete in question is a muslim, stop veering off and pls always use ur dictionary cos u just embarrassed urself. In Islam, u don't have to be familiar with a fellow muslim. |

What is happening in Osun state is just an example of what is happening on this forum; HATRED. If not, how exactly does wearing of hijab by the Muslims (which was not imposed on the christians) affect them? They are just looking for partners in their dressing which the Muslim community is resisting. |

Orikinla: Majority of Muslims need more knowledge. Hijab was never an Islamic dress code. The hijab has been in existence before Islam. Muslims misunderstand and misuse facts of history from Genesis to Revelation.. If hijab is for the Muslims or not, is it any of ur business? If hijab is not for the Muslims, are they complaining if ur nudity is for ur faith? |

shawka: The Arab lady tried at seventh considering the heat the dark hijab will make her body absorb unlike the others who wear open clothes.... I would advise them Arab Olympians to consider giving their female athletes white or blue hijabs as that will help reduce the amount of heat their body would absorb unlike the colour black or red .... I'm sure the science students know what I mean.... The term 'black body', as used in thermoscience for heat absorbtion does not literally means the colour 'black'. Go and find out. |

CaptEColeJnr: should have paid more attention during your physics classes. By wearing that crap called hijab,it simply causes "Air friction" which induces retardation and resistance thereby causing a sharp decrease in the rate of acceleration, that's why a piece of nylon takes more time to land than a piece of stone - go back to your PN Okeke If u learnt ur physics well, u would have known that air resistance is negligible in many cases. Drop two stones of the same density but extremely very different masses from the same height simultaneously. Certainly, the bigger stone experiences more air resistance but they will both land at the same time because air resistance is negligible here. And u talk of acceleration, forgetting that even if air is not negligible thereby impeding acceleration, it has the same effect on deceleration when the athletes are already weak. And besides, humans are not machines where u expect continous acceleration and as such, take-off (initial) velocity is what u should be saying here in which u are still wrong. I doubt if u took Physics classes. |

CaptEColeJnr: mtcheeew!! Ask yourself, what kind of a religion is Islam? Is it a fair religion? A religion where women are treated like they are worth-less than a dog. Women can't drive, women can't vote, women can't testify in court, women can't wear something comfortabledespite their very hot climate.
That's savage if you ask me! And what is ur business with all that? What can u say about a religion which takes pride in what a goat (always unclad) does effortlessly? |

If the competition were to hold 100 times and she is to participate, she will always dress that way. We are not complaining. I know most of are wishing she goes unclad to make u happy that u are not alone in ur ways. Never, u are alone. Go and take ur gold medal, we are okay with any position. |
