If you submit a statement of result, the institution still go behind you to authentic from your institution it wasn't fake. After some period of time when it is assumed the certificate should be ready, you are always required to present the certificate. Those who have certificates and who have used them with integrity can relate to what I am saying. You may not understand, I understand your plight.
