I'm beginning to suspect the management of ABU of complicity. Why is it taking them ages to get this information? It is either they are thinking of the safest way of twisting facts or some palms need to be greased. 22 Likes 3 Shares |

NaijaBlend: Small fry, I did not attend even a primary school but we all know how these things are done especially in some specific places. Similar thing they preached to us following the revelations of the existence of miracle centres all over some five villages. As if we were told that "the most beautiful" from one of those villages had discovered a better way to which some fruits can be of better use to humanity than mere eating, a discovery for which she was "duly rewarded" Meanwhile, as earlier stated, I did not attend even a primary school but I was told that first class is a class of grade that falls in the range of 4.5 to 5.0 on a 5 point CGPA. The implication of this is that for a student to graduate with a first class grade, majority of his/her grades in all courses (especially courses with higher units) must be As (A=5 pts) with very few Bs (B=4pts). 70% of the obtainable score must be obtained by a student to secure an A while 60% is required for a B. Any score in excess of 70% is not of any practical benefit. So, small fry, which university did you attend? I mean, the university that requires 70% AND ABOVE in almost all courses being the condition for the award of a first class grade. |

dikeigbo2: How can one be an Almajiri and be educated at the same time? I thought the "educated" Osus describe Almajiris as illiterates. However, it is a known fact that the "educated" Osus are associated with the following upbringings which also lack feelings and affections. -prostitution -Armed robbery -occultic killings -Human rituals -Human Trafficking -Drug Trafficking -Kidnapping. - And recently, the "educated" Osus have made us understand that fruits of certain shapes have other uses different from usual consumption as food. These kinds of upbringings associated with "educated" Osus constitute the bulk of the social ills plaguing the present day Nigeria. Read this and tell me the feelings and affections exhibited by the murderers. http://punchng.com/breaking-cynthia-osokogus-killers-bag-death-sentence/ 2 Likes

Ngokafor: After claiming to be educated, why are you singing a different song? By education, one is expected to be good in English language, at least that is the medium of instructions in Nigerian schools. But if you claim to be educated and you don't understand English, your education is doubtful. Now, let us leave English and go into the practical realities which you seem to be drifting to. Is education also responsible for the high rate of prostitution, robbery, human rituals, kidnapping, drug and human trafficking in this educated zone? Yes, the Almajiri is poor but very contented since he cannot indulge in these ungodly acts just to "make am". I can't just figure out how a human being will push up wraps of 20kg up his anus just to "make am ". I have used the expression "educated Osu" several times, so you need not remind me if you are or not. Hehe. I should tell my illiterate president...this got me rolling on the floor walahi. After running away from correctness of English, and emphasising on practical achievements, you are here again talking about illiterate president. Illiterate, but he is your president and there is absolutely nothing any one of you can do about it. Even the Onikuje of kuje prison that tried his confidence knows how far. Meanwhile, what happened to these places pictured below? Can't education transform these erosion-ravaged communities from being eyesores? 1 Like

Ngokafor: As promised, I'm leaving that style of writing for the "educated" Osu. Now, it is quite obvious to every Tom, Dick and Harry that some illiterates are just hiding behind the good and educated people from some parts of the country to be throwing dusts about. The internet is inundated with several claims by these creatures on how educated they are but a simple interaction with them proves something else. A case in point is this one who keeps turning the rules of basic English upside-down yet she claims to be educated. What a paradox. Again, what exactly is in this her post that is worthy of the space it occupies? Hehehe. The cucumber card plays itself because a mere mention of that fruit rings a bell. Lol Who talked about going to the brothels? Hahahahahahahahaha. The guilty minds are being haunted. Meanwhile, the media is awashed with reports of numerous cases of murder and death of married women from all tribes. One doesn't need to be in the brothel to know the tribe with the highest frequency. Guilty minds. 1 Like

Ngokafor: There goes the "educated" Osu again. She has obviously forgotten the lessons learnt from the impromptu English classes she was forced to take and she is back with the initial set of gbaguns. The "educated" Osu is obviously confused. She is mistaking herself for my long departed ancestors cos I can only remember observing and correcting the "educated" Osu on simple and basic rules of English which despite her "education", she didn't know. The "educated" Osu who claimed to be educated ended up being corrected by an ordinary Almajiri. The "educated" Osu has apparently forgotten that a particular fruit came to the limelight due to their activities. As expected, the "educated" Osu cannot say anything related to evidence to substantiate her submissions, yet the president is not having certificate, lol. The "educated" Osu says the president speaks "atrocious" English, but the small fry cannot piece up few words to make a simple correct sentence, lol. The "educated" Osu continued by saying that the president speaks "rubbish English" but she went ahead to ask me if it was a crime to default in written/spoken English. Obviously, the "educated" Osu doesn't know the implications of that. The "educated" is adopting the writing style of the Almajiri. The Osu apparently has no style of her own despite her "education". Lol. The Almajiri will change style in his next response because the Almajiri can't be using the same style with an Osu. 2 Likes

dikeigbo2: Hahahahahahahahaha, the "educated" Osu cannot say something reasonable different from some well known popularly lines of insults. (Perhaps quickly gotten from the internet). Do I need to remind the "educated" Osu to be objective in his submissions rather than trading insults? The "educated" Osu is finding it difficult to say anything reasonable.

Ngokafor: Rather than explaining the reason behind their penchant for particular fruits, the "educated" Osu preferred to be making some of their incoherent characteristics funny noise. If you challenge the "educated" Osu to substantiate her allegations, she will rather continue with some funny logic which cannot appeal to even a 5yr old. If I asked the "educated" Osu if she knows the tribe with the highest frequency of death in hotels during extra marital affairs, she will just making some funny noise. The "educated" Osu seems be of the thought that what obtains in her house applies to every other place. Small fry, those lines of survival are restricted to the Osus not any other tribe. The fact that they rode on it to fame speaks volumes of their affinity to that fruit. 1 Like

Ngokafor: The "educated" Osu has taken some classes in English and she is back. The "educated" Osu cannot come to terms with the fact that whatever is worth doing is worth doing well. We Almajiris are proud of our origin and dialects. The "educated" Osu seems to be confusing insistence on the use of indigenous language with being repulsive of foreign languages. The "educated" Osu doesn't seem to know the meaning of natural accent and the small fry is confusing same with understanding of English grammar. "If "educated" Osu is challenged to provide evidence of how the president cannot make correct sentences, the small fry will rather be making some funny noise. 1 Like

TPAND: @ the emboldened, you agree that oil was sold at $100pb during GEJ's administration for some years, ok. What is the LOWEST price of oil during GEJ's administration? What is HIGHEST price of same oil in this administration? Even at that price of oil under GEJ, what happened to the country's Foreign Reserve? -depleted. With $55pb as the highest in this administration, same Foreign Reserve is being increased. I doubt if you can notice this obvious difference anyway. Lastly, though, no amount is too much to improve the situation in Nigeria as long as it is available, but do we really need to lie just to score some cheap inconsequential points? Pls, where did you get the figure of $3.2b from? 3 Likes |
