120 is on the highest side of normal. You need to buy the test equipment so you can monitor yourself at home. Then put yourself on a strict low carb diet. Hopefully, your body responds to the diet. Otherwise, you will need to be on insulin.

PS : Flee from rice, except ofada, bread, pasta, soft drinks, orange, pine apple, banana... Use oats for swallow and eat more soup.

Okay. On your own go to a lab and test. Make sure you do that on an empty stomach in the morning. You need to know. Hospital will do their own but you have a major part to play. It may or may not be pregnancy induced because it's possible you already had it before conceiving. Don't be alarmed but arm yourself with knowledge.
