Secondly, you should note there's a limit to such rights. You can't refuse to take say vaccination against say polio and yet expect to allowed to mingle with other people.

But polio vaccines was not forced on people as it was a matter of choice. It is an infringement of people right to force vaccinations no matter the intention.
