Hehehe! They usually take their time. No I didn't need a supervisor since it was M.Eng(not M.Sc) I applied for.

No, you aren't required to pay any kind of fees. Just get ur admission letter and apply for your study permit

Paying tuition fees doesn't guarantee you wud ur TRV, but its good you pay it sha kinda shows more commitment. How long did your admission process in2 UoR take?

It took like 4month to get my admission from d day of online application.

Pls house, those going to U of Regina, are we required to pay d sch fees b4 applying for trv? Do we have to explain in our sop if we aren't paying sch fees?

You sound like you are the one giving ur sponsor money...Well just split the cash into 4 equal parts,let it come in four months consecutively.Apply at the end of the fourth month..Wat does ur sponsor do? Well if its business,ur good to go, although u might need to show proof of his business.

Hello house, pls is it advisable to deposit a large sum of money in my sponsor's savings account (the money wuld be in d account for 3months b4 I use it to apply for visa) or he should put the money in fixed deposit instead?

Pls house, how long should my sponsor's fixed deposit remain in his account b4 using it for my visa application? Or can I use d statement immediately after fixing the money?

I don't really understand your question oo.. Its not really a good idea to present only money in Fixed deposit account..the VOs study the flow of money in the accounts..so its better to present money in Savings/domiciliary/current accounts then use d FD account to spice it up..so ask your sponsor to combine the two accounts..*i stand to be corrected*

Mine took four weeks but then I deferred the admission and was supposed to get another letter which I never got. I basically asked the school for a scan copy and proceeded with that.
