North are not stupid to put all their egg in one basket!
The only time North gave Presidential candidate more than 70% of their votes was in 2015 and it was due to serious security challenge which was handled badly by PDP.
However, even in 2015 only Borno and Yobe states gave APC more than 70% of their votes. Therefore, get it straight to ur head that in the North politics is in our DNA, we own both APC and PDP and we can't be so stupid or primitive enough to tag one party a religious or tribal affiliation because we very well know that we are everywhere.

I know 3 people that are EFCC victims and their bail was between 400k to 600k.
