INVESTMENTS? currently serving in ANAMBRA and i can categorically say i have not seen any government school that has upto 20 teachers. Education is bad here, both government and private, being self deluded about this is being hypocritical.

You don't compare both areas in education.
Education should a priority for Kano and not building flyovers for Keke and okada

Kano had over a million out of school children and that should worry you most. The true priorities of Kano should be education,health care and Agriculture.
