This is a very silly risk... what if he laced those alcoholic drinks with drug related substances like ecstasy?... what if he whisked you away into a nearby building or bush? Just tell us you are a pathetic alcholic wannabe who wanted to drink free alcohol unto sharp babe. Anyways this story is fake.

chigoizie7: U re getting it all wrong from my perception.
Has gone beyond archaic mentality u say? Yes, but certainly not for ur grand parents that are old now.
I know dere are certain hidden facts they don't want to tell us here.
*25yrs no be 25days, don't they have kids? I knew that my mum had to stop entering kitchen all the while my sisters were @ home until they got married.
This man married this lady some 25yrs ago apparently because he need a woman to give him kids, cook for him and some other things, and now he is not getting that cooking part, he felt sort changed and want a way out.
U can tell me that dissolving that very marriage @ this point I wrong and I will agree with u, but to tell me it Is archaic for a man his age and maybe with some core traditional belief of what marriage used to be in d past, NO, I will beg to differ.
I would ve agreed with you if the man had been a much younger person that is growing with this civilization trend.
But, why would d wife renege on her matrimonial duties? I know u will also tell me that she I not her slave, but that is partly why he married her in their own time and she accepted those facts then, so, why not living up to it? You sounds so conservative, that's cool though. Nothing has really changed in marriage, we are only working and improving on our human capacities to maximise our potentials; hence, the perceived difference in the 'then' and 'now' marriage. Ab initio, the man can't admit he had an hazy understanding of his wife. Did he picked or shopped her from a stand? Wasn't he aware of her weaknesses? Didn't they court before the apparent consummation? Wasn't he privy to her kitchen incapacities before(my thought though), and he chose to manage her(His words gave credence to the fact that he has been managing the woman, which is not good enough!). Now that d elasticity of his tolerance has contracted, he's now crying foul. You don't manage what you can't man and improve per time. I see him as a truce breaker. Do you also know that the woman popped out that her husband intended bringing in another woman. Men could hide under anything(no matter how inconsequential and trivial) to perpetuate a premeditated plot. Marriage is all about 100% acceptance. Taking your partner as she is, without making her feel endangered or worthless. The woman should sue him for damages! |

chigoizie7: The should ve reconsidered nah,
But u don't ve to say that,
U don't ve to judge the man simply because of the couple u mentioned,
We are entirely diff individuals, what work for mr A might not work for mr B.
U don't expect him to start loving his "not cooking on time" wife that he does not want to love anymore because mrB loves his "not cooking @ all " wife.
As for the lady, if u know the right thing do it.
This man married this woman when marriage had values, some of the values includes domestic chores. he married her based on all these thing that he is lacking now, he Is no longer comfortable with it and has complained times without number but the wife does not want to hear, apparently on FB or instagram reading about couples or men who does not give a damn weda their wives cook for them or not. You have spoken well... But I see no reason why a man would crush a home of 25yrs, JUST LIKE THAT! Where he dey for the 25yrs! There are unearthed facts the man is hiding. He no wan talk true. The world has gone beyond that archaic mentality of his. You don't expect a career woman to always mark attendance in the kitchen. There are better things that need the fingers of today's woman other than delicacies |

Nonsense... Nothin we know go hear! I know of a 35yrs marriage where the woman doesn't know how to cook and the husband loves her like she is lacks nothing. They are grandparents now! |
Politics › Re: Jonathan Told Me & Obasanjo He Never Wanted To Be Vice-president - Donald Duke by oakson: 10:53am On Aug 11, 2015 |
metroparrot: Former governor of Cross River state Donald Duke says former President Jonathan told him and former president Obasanjo he never wanted to be the Vice president of Nigeria when he was selected to be the running mate to late President Umaru Yar'Adua for the 2007 general election. Donald Duke said this in an interview with news magazine, The Interviewer
"You don’t give authority to an unwilling person, particularly in a country like Nigeria. Umaru never wanted to be president. He was dealing with his health issues and wanted to retire and go lecture in a university. He was really offered an appointment at the Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria. Jonathan, on the other hand, had just been re-elected to be governor of Bayelsa and when he was picked, he was not so pleased. He said to Obasanjo and me, ‘I don’t want this job". If these two men never aspired to the office but were recruited to take on a responsibility as daunting as the management of Nigeria without mentally preparing for the office and having a grand vision of where they wanted to take Nigeria to, then there is a problem. The mental preparation is absolutely important. The vision can be scripted for you, but if you are not prepared and you have no capable team to help you follow through, it is grossly unfair. It is like converting a passenger on an aircraft to a pilot.”

Ephemmm: I was still in Arepo last week and the situation was pathetic. The ijaws are perpetrating this bastard act on daily basis and in the full glare of publicity without anybody to challenge them. These guys are working day and night vandalizing pipelines; their marketers are always available minutes by minutes.
The irony of it is that army, police, and mopols are there monitoring the gate and movement of vehicles in and out of the estate. But instead to stand against this vandalism, they were just there to collect bribes without even hiding it, that's all.
The DPO of Ibafo and Warewa cannot deny the knowledge of all these: they just send their boys to collect daily 'rogers' for them to wack. What a shame! God bless you my bro.... Same thing in Ikorodu! They also bring d product down to a particular area in Ikorodu and the police 'man' the gates for them too |
