There's already a competition like this in the name of "The International Champions Cup" played during the preseason, but not played the way you stated it sha.

Doc has given valid points why it won't give the Results as expected by big Guns.

We already have something similar with the pre-season tours. The profits can never be equal to a season long competitive tournament.

1) Many players won't be fully fit and the quality will be relatively low.

2) Will each team be able to play 18 to 25 pre-season matches like was planned for the Super League? Remember that more matches means more TV revenue and more gate takings.

3) The average fan won't be as invested in a pre-season tournament as they would be interested in a truly competitive season long tournament, so ratings won't be the same.

...... UEFA should work with big Guns, to lobbying their Sponsors on their Side, as well heavily reward them.

When I say big Guns, I mean real big Guns, Arsenal and Spurs should be replaced with Bayern and Ajax respectively.
