sinizia: With Barcelona rumored to be interested in him, if that guy manages to stay at Dortmund and play well next season, we're looking at an £80m valuation for him. We fùcked up last season for not making a move, the time is now before the fee gets outrageous. Too bad Mourinho prefers Mhikitaryan on the wings. Dortmund has already slammed £80m price Tag on him. That's the Reason I suggest we sell either Lingard or Januzaj plus the £40m asking Price for Perisic to get Ousmane. |

sinizia: Same thing I've been thinking. Instead of paying £40m for Perisic why not add small money and buy Dembele and solve our RW issue permanently. By the time we might go for him he might be more costly than he presently is. That Lad is a joy to watch. He's young and full of huge Potentials. Ivan Perisic is 28yrs, hence paying £40m to get him is a waste of Money! |

Lana1: As crappy as Lingard is, he shouldn't be sold. Boy is loyal and will always be a good back up. Plus his work rate.
A team doesn't need 11 World class players. 2 or 3 world class players, plus 9 or 8 hardworkers.
How many titles did we win on the back of them O'shea, Brown, Sylvester, JS Park, Fletcher, Alan Smith, etc... These guys weren't world class level but they always delivered 90-100% everytime.
Anyways, my name is Adelana and i completely support the purchase of Ousmane.... Lingard is really loyal and workaholic, but what of Januzaj?! I didn't say we should sell the two, Januzaj can make way for Dembele then. I say sell Januzaj, ignore Perisic and get Dembele. |

If United is serious on getting a Winger this Summer, Ousmane Dembele is all we need.
I think instead of paying £40m to buy Perisic, sell Lingard or Januzaj, add whatever comes from the Sale to get Ousmane Dembele. |

Leyqute: Their contracts should run down and they should pack their loads. Together with Evans, we were hoping they'd be the replacement for Ferdie n Vidic but no, they decided to disappoint themselves. They failed to improve.
Smelling especially is always nervous on the ball. IDK why. Jones is more composed than Smelling on the ball but he never stays fit.
We can't keep relying on them. We've given them enough time to improve biko

Leyqute: Rojo won't be back till later in the year. Linde<3 won't play all the matches. And we haven't sorted LB, though we have about 3 options there.
But more importantly, there'll be genuine competition for the LCB position. No competition at RCB though, unless Bailly's ancestors start ministering to him from the village You've relegated Smalling and Jones to squad Players. Best Combo according to Elampiro?! |

GloryIsaac: Very good!!... We now have 3 CBs we can rely on and can also play the fullback positions (Lindelof RB, Bailly RB, Rojo LB) and they're still young ..... Next should be who would take the positon behind Pogba and Herrera... Hopefully Fabinho and that one can also play RB...... Next a RW, maybe James, L.Moura, F.Anderson ..... Then Morata, Belloti (i don't trust One Season wonder shaa)..... Why Dudes are giving up on Jones and Smalling?! |

Leyqute: We'll be wasting that height if we play him as RB.
He played LCB mostly for benfica, thr position dreaded by Smailing and Jones I think he's best play as LCB, but where do you wanna put Rojo?! A LB?! |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Oasis007(m): 10:29pm On Jun 10, 2017 |
Leyqute: Maybe we should go for Keane too. That means we'll have 3 or 4 players for the CB position(Bailly, Rojo, Lindelof n Keane) Bailly I think will do well in RB as well if everyone z fit. Although people say Val25 is doing alright I think he's lacking in some areas. Where do you keep Jones and Smalling?! Are they officially up for Sales?! LOL! Well..... Lindeof plays much as a LCB! His Competitors are Rojo and Blind. |

Sky Sports News HQ understands the deal for Victor Lindelof means United will no longer pursue another centre-back.
Sky Sports News HQ also understands Victor Lindelof was on Jose Mourinho's three-man shortlist of centre-backs provided to Ed Woodward ahead of the summer window.
The other names on the list were Michael Keane and Virgil van Dijk. |

WHO IS LINDELOF?
Built like a traditional centre-back and standing at 6ft 2in, Lindelof possesses the mobility and technical ability to play as a right-back, as he has done on several occasions at international level.
He also has an ability to read the game that is reminiscent of Rio Ferdinand, rarely conceding fouls and picking up very few yellow cards.
According to reports in Portugal, Mourinho has continued to have his scouts watch Lindelof this season, and he is understood to be particularly impressed with his speed as well as his defensive capabilities, seeing similarities between the Swede and Raphael Varane, who he managed at Real Madrid. |

TheGoodJoe: It is Kayode that scored ten goals. Osimhen played better and with time I see him leading the line and us settling for a two striker formation with Iheanacho.
I hope Onyekuru works on his tracking back and defending. If he gets this right, then Iwobi will be under pressure. So like Rohr...... you think Iwobi is better utilized as a Winger?! |

Mickael2: first of all he didn't connect well with the defence. also a dmf should be looking to connect the defence with the amf not connecting himself to the defence as that makes no sense, but do you know how Onazi tried to connect defence and attack? by playing aimless, boring long passes over and over and over again back to back, he didn't not perform the primary duty of a dmf connecting the defence to the next line of attack Did you watch the Match all?! Did he connect with Etebo or not? Did you see how difficult it was for Ndidi to make simple passes?! LOL! |

TheGoodJoe: Blatant wrong.
He was also stranded upfront but we had more pressure with Iheanacho. From the attacker's perspective, we were more threatening with Iheanacho upfront than with Kayode. With Kayode we needed to contribute more from the midfield which left the back even under more pressure. Although the dynamics of the game led to that.
But wholly we had more room to cause damage with Iheanacho than Kayode. Osimhen even looked deadlier than Kayode. I'm done with the Argument. No wonder Osimhen bagged a Brace to rescue us from the shameful Defeat. You win and I surrender! LOL! |

Icon4s: Sentiments! They love some players and dislike some others.
If Omeruo was in that defense he would have taken all the ballets for the two goals.
Even Shehu that had a very good game dem say otherwise.
Simon was terrible today. I had never seen him this wasteful and unporposefull. Yet they will defend him bc they like him.
Ndidi IMO even share the blame more than the CB pairing. He was more focused on try to score than to perform his defense shielding. I know they will still hail him bc he is one of their favourites. Sire! You just nailed it! If you have never watched Eagles before, the Hypes here would make you think Drilling is all a Player needs to win Ballon DO'R. |

TheGoodJoe: This your better off weaks me. If we are playing a 4-5-1 formation, Iheanacho is the best option upfront. If we are playing 4-4-2 option, Iheanacho is my best bet to play support striker.
You come up with a game plan and then think of the best personnel in each role. And what formation did we play Today?! Kayode is better as a lone Striker than Iheanacho, he gets the Pace and the techniques to cope with it than Iheanacho - Fact! |

Mickael2: all the teams I follow play a similar formation. go and check all the matches were Busquets was poor, the rest if the Barack midfield looked like trash. before Zidane integrated Casemiro, Modric and Kroos looked like primary school players. the DMF sets the tone for your other midfielders, that is basic football, when the dmf isn't doing things right the whole midfield collapses Does Today still look like Sunday to you?! LOL! What did he do wrong in the Match? He connected well with the Defence and made some good Tackles and Interceptions. Pls! We shouldn't heap all the Blames on him, I barely saw his Faults in the Goals we conceded. |

TheGoodJoe: That sub was wrong. I even commented about it. We were not creating clear cut chances. Why take off the striker for another striker. It is not magic. Kayode was going to get starved upfront and it happened exactly.
Etebo off was the right call. Go into a two strikers set up with Kayode upfront and Iheanacho connecting with the middle.
Even our only clear cut chance came from Iheanacho to Etebo. Our Dude is gradually seeing the Light. Iheanacho is better off as a SS. QED! |

TheGoodJoe: We crowded the midfield, which meant we had opportunity to create chances. Nacho was in position to capitalize on the chances. Unfortunately, the ball came to the right position for the final balls but the final balls were bad. You can nor tell a striker to hustle in that position. What we needed was the right personnel to create it. Not attacker hustling. In Forgiveness Voice - Ajagun would have been the Man! |
