Bruh the inefficiencies in the system are by design because that's the only way to provide some sort of income to the underclass in a country that produces nothing, and whose economy is entirely based on massive corruption, political patronage, drug running, and a struggling service industry.

LASG did not create thugs. They are just pacifying them. Ibime has already told you what the alternative is - it's either banditry, kidnapping or militancy.

Look, if Nigeria dared to operate as even half efficient country, there would be massive societal breakdown.

Go to any airport in Lagos and see the amount of people 'working there - from the one selling you face mask to the one telling you where to park, from the one selling trolley ticket to the one whose job Is to push trolley, from the airport police at the door to tne customs and immigration people loitering around - then go to almost any airport in say Europe or Yankee and compare, you will see that most of these jobs only exist so that people are prevented from completely starving to death.

These inefficiencies are social palliatives in a dysfunctional ultra-capitalist society like Nigeria with little social welfare programmes. You need to accept if for what it is
