Rayhut: They can only go home when Nigeria divide. Kwankwaso have told you people to shut up, that anywhere you live in Nigeria is your home, Lagos is the home of Igbo people living it, currently occupying 45% and paying their tax for good of Lagos their home. The same 45% that couldn't give make JIMI governor with all their noise. |

donTbone: Was it NCC that caused us to undergo those stress or MTN ? Ion even wanna know! but seriously, MTN is disappointing us...why na? Even with all the free calls cheats, you guys need some upgrade.
My opinion on this...why is it that its MTN alone that is fined? Largest customer I guess!
But mind you, any amount whatsoever she is charged, the customers will surely be the one to pay for it... NCC, please, easy on MTN!!! Its MTN that crated problem for their subscribers. |

scholes0: Me I would personally suggest a probe into the Low Ogun state figures and the High Ebonyi and Enugu figures.... It is a well known fact that ogun state has a tonne of industries and activities going on. Those figures were calculated under GEJ's regime you know....
You can't trust that government and their figures That Ogun State figure really needs to be probed. With Highest number of Industries, tertiary institutions and growing property market. I suspect somebody in Amosun government is not declaring every revenue collected. |

Mpeace: Pa Emma, what in your opinion could be the implication of the over $461mil (90billion naira) helios/vitol JV deal and why did they deliberately refuse to include it in the released results. WT remains unpredictable and unworthy of trust. In my opinion, this result was released to make some pple sell their holdings while WT and co mop them up before releasing the 3rd qrt result. I wouldn't advise anyone to sell, until the 3rd qrt result is out. Wt that I have come to kn would not just release such a bad result. It is either he wants to declare for bankruptcy (after laundering all the company's money) or he is planning some grand scheme. Only time will tell. Forget all that results. Oando will continue dribbling investors, until the NSE/SEC steps in. Oando made good money in their downstream businesses, but they quickly embezzled the money and declared losses to investors. |

The stock might not suffer much depending on NSE market sentiment. But these result Will give the management sleepless nights. manie: we have brown envelope financial journalists and analysts in Nigeria. Those guys need oando's adverts, so dont expect them to rock the boat. Naa, some of them are really disappointed. Because they've been marketing Oando to the world as a stable coy. Even SMN is boiling now But I know the company Will recover big time. Oando needs proper restructuring, and thats what FMN is currently doing. That administrative costs just show that Oando lacks efficiency |

manie: Shareholders are the owners, investors should not invest with sentiments but with facts and figures. I owned Oando shares for 20 years right from the days of Unipetrol, but had to sell my total holdings of over 200k units when the future of the company started becoming bleak. The bolded was what my Big Bros told people when he was trying to woo investors For starcomms IPO, through his Issuing House. Until Starcomm KPI started falling, and CDMA business started dying in Nigeria. Today most people with starcomms stocks, are left hanging. While the Lebanese and Nigeria directors cleared the company treasury and disappeared. Company owners get levels. If you understand my pigin. |

manie: This is a stockmarket investment, you can always go the treasurt bill, real estate or mutual fund thread. Because Oando, Oceanic, Intercontinental, Daar communitation etc disappointed investors does not mean that the stockmarket is not a very good avenue for the informed and intelligent investors to build wealth for themselves and their progeny. Cool down, no be fight oga. Some of us have made good profit from Oando fluctuation in the last 5 months, the same Oando people are crying about . Just telling people to stop attaching sentiments and emotions in investment, especially stocks. Because the owners are emotionless businessmen. Just make your money and look away. |

ihedioramma: You take like a child but is what you are now .as you dont have any thing to do with stock why are you here? look this way it is from some of that your money you put in t.bill and mutual they will use it and buy stock's from we shareholders and i have %in that your money at end Lots of ITK people like you are the reason people loose money unnecessarily. And we're did you get the fallacy that stock money goes into T.Bills, even some mutual funds from ARM and Stanbic are shielded from the Stock market. I am not a novice to the Stock market bubbles, I have always been involved in stock market even when I am losing. But I will never ever invest my emotions in any company I don't have the capacity to make decisions. You probably never attended any AGM were you have to fight to question the Board of directors. |
