http://www.thisdaylive.com/articles/tsa-transfers-central-bank-recovers-n8-6bn-from-owner-of-remita-systemspecs/225480/........Throwing more light on the e-Payment/e-Collection Remita software, which the Senate on Wednesday resolved to probe, CBN sources said the implementation of the modular solution was approved by the former CBN Governor who is currently the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Muhammad Sanusi II, and former CBN Deputy Governor, Operations, Mr. Tunde Lemo, in 2011 to facilitate the transfer of government revenue to the TSA. .......... However, investigations by THISDAY showed that Remita was not an agent or company, but the software platform used for the transfers, while SystemSpecs, whose Managing Director is Mr. John Obaro, is the owner of e-Payment/e-Collection solution. The company’s website further revealed that the chairman of SystemSpecs is the former Director General of the Nigerian Broadcasting Commission, Dr. Christopher Kolade. Other directors of the company include a former Executive Vice-Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Mr. Ernest Ndukwe, Mr. Emmanuel Ocholi, Mr. ‘Deremi Atanda and Dr. Emmanuel Eze. Remita, which has been adopted by the CBN as the e-Payment and e-Collection platform of the federal government, is currently used by all 22 commercial banks and over 400 microfinance banks nationwide. |

Ibebe: Which Yorubas are against Biafra?
We've been telling to go.
As per the stats culled up by a biafran, take it to the bank and start packing out of the sw. Egbon, you need to fucos on these statistics. Most SW states aren't doing bad in IGR, their problems are those huge expenditures and debts. |
Politics › Re: Latest Ranking Of States By Financial Sustainability, Debt And IGR (PICS) by OBAGADAFFI: 10:29pm On Nov 12, 2015 |
SIRTee15: a huge chunk of that expenditure goes to loan servicing. But that's wrong! Ogun got the fifth highest IGR in Nigeria. They shouldn't be sourcing loans anyhow. |

Kastonkastroll: Every sane mind knows that this ranking is fake. A capital fraud. So this useless ranking want me to believe that akwa-_ibom can barely meet up its recurrent expenditure with all the huge allocations it receives from the FG?
One ediot just sat down and cooked up this rubbish. The problem with Akwa ibom is their expenditure. Akwa ibom got the largest expenditure after Lagos. |
Politics › Re: Latest Ranking Of States By Financial Sustainability, Debt And IGR (PICS) by OBAGADAFFI: 10:12pm On Nov 12, 2015 |
From the statistics.
Most SW states ranked higher in IGR.
But the problem with most SW states is their huge expenditure.
Did you notice how Anambra got lower expenditure than Osun.
Whats is Osun and Ekiti using all that money for. |

locodemy: I have discovered why many people begin to hate oando.some bought at a very high price during conoco philips deal and hope the price will continue upwards.some also bought during the right issue at fair price.some also bought at #20 yet the stock keep on falling.few weeks ago, the stock came down to #10 and alot of people entered hoping it has finally bottomed out.surprisingly the long awaited result surfaced and that led the stock price to where people put away their trust in the stock.
my observation:The fall of crude oil and devaluation of naira really affected the companies income and again the company also has a hand in the just concluded presidential election. As it is now no body is sure of this company movement.people want to invest in a company they understand their in and out.I think its high time for the future of this stock to be analyse..
Disclosure:i am yet to buy oando but trying to know the right time so i can not be like those trapped in the first place.maybe the right time is when the 2015 financial result is declaired but my question is where will the price be before that time?#3.00,#7.00,#10.00,#15.00 or #20.00?pls i need contributions because among all stocks it is only oando i am interested to invest and need to understand more about them.thanks For me Oando ceiling prices might be N8.30 and anything above that will be dangerous for investors. You should only invest when you are sure of Oando floor prices . Remember to implement STOP LOSS in-case it drop below the support level. |

Are you in any way a descendant of lie Muhammed...?
Please Kindly go back and do justice to all Igbo names up there. I therefore rule out the above purported reports on the ground that it is false and invalid and have thus far considered null and void. Why are you contradicting yourself self. You claimed SW got the least amount ministers. But when it comes to the SE, you're shouting Igbo, instead of telling us how many ministry SE got. Simple solutions: SW got 6 ministers. SE got 5 ministers. |

kingcharlesD: Oando closed today at 7.66 naira per share. Hmmm, with the way Ivan seeing things its likely will close around #3 per share by the end of 2015. And that will be a good time for investors to move in massively to buy ...... And by H1 or Q2 of 2016 the oil price might bounce to a bullish direction.... It might not get to N3. This stock is highly unpredictable. To make profit from stocks like Oando, you need to target its "bottomed out" and "Ceiling" points. We just past through season one, their are more seasons coming. |

Politics › Re: Rotimi Amaechi Gets Minister Of Transport by OBAGADAFFI: 2:49pm On Nov 11, 2015 |
Chinom: Yes, but then we have a minister of power. there is also a minister of state for foreign affairs, Labour, Education etc. alongside the ministers in these ministries. But, we do not have a minister of state for transportation. We only have Amaechi as minister. Aviation has always been separated from the transportation ministry. Just watch how things unfold. Besides, the new minister of state, Aviation is a qualified and experienced pilot from Buhari's home state. Do you think he will report to Amaechi ? Ministry of Power and Ministry of works are one under Fashola. |

Politics › Re: Rotimi Amaechi Gets Minister Of Transport by OBAGADAFFI: 2:14pm On Nov 11, 2015 |
Chinom: Not in this case, otherwise he would have been made a minister of state for Transportation. The minister of state in PMB's administration would take full responsibility for the Aviation ministry. Buhari has made it clear that he want's to slash the number of ministries and ministers. Aviation is currently under Amaechi. Do you also know their is Minister of state Power under Fashola. |

Please tell us the company to invest now with returns in 2 months...... Depending on your definition of Long term. But i would not advice anybody to do LONG TERM with Oando, until they clear that huge debt and return to profitability. |

I was in primary school and i remember d military trucks & teargas on d streets from school. Still we did NOT STOP protesting. There were coffins of babangida all over d streets of lagos. Do u know how many times nadeco chieftains were arrested an released, and still kept on dissing babangida. IN PUBLIC. ON THE MEDIA. ON NTA. ON CNN, BBC. Not this incognito u pple are doing wt manipulation.
U think it was a small thing dt a whole BABANGIDA RESIGNED and shonekan became president ? After abacha did his coup, nadeco restarted their agitation, what do u think kudirat abiola was doing when abacha killed her? She was sleeping and accepting it all abi. olodo! Yorubas didnt pick up a gun but we ended up wt d presidency in 1999. Seccession never even crossed our minds. because any right thinking person knows our power is our populace. We never made d military issue a tribal issue. And we continued living in Nigeria in good faith because our struggle was abt democracy and fairness, not about greed. Leave the chest-beaters alone. When the SW was boiling they were jumping on YOUNG SHALL GROW to their villages. They think its a small thing to for IBB to hurriedly relocate the capital from Lagos to Abuja. |

EternalTruths: What did you guys do when
1) Awo was forced to commit suicide.?
2) MKO was poisoned.?
Tell us what Yorubas did to protect their freedom fighters. The Yoruba reacted, but not the way Igbos expect us to react If you think we would burn down our land in the name of freedom fighters, then you high on kerosene. Every tribe in Nigeria got their share of the Nigerian government brutality. Everyone won't react the-same way to that brutality. Most political and civil unrest in Nigeria are in the SW. |
