Another option is to monitor closely if the market price is high enough than the rights +N3 to +N6 to sell some shares (up to a fifth of ones holdings) and use the sales proceeds to buy the rights. A word of caution - this should only be done when everything about the rights is firm. Otherwise one may sell and find out the rights is cut short from going ahead.

I am lost here. I have CSCS since 2009 and it has not expired. I have another one with Afrinvest since 2016, not expired. Also with Morgan capital since 2019. I have been using them.

The only thing that expires is access to cscs platform to view your potfolio. which is renewed annually.

To say that one's CSCS number in itself expires gets me confused

CSCS account registered through your Broker don't expire.
CSCS subscription to view your account directly(without Broker) expires yearly .

Well, that's a possibility.......but why won't GSK pay up to 15? I still don't know the reason they'll tender for that.....
This same GSK was selling above 26 few years ago.....and to say they're buying out only the locals, that's another good reason to pay nothing less than 20!
The shareholders should protest if payout is not up to 15 at least......even with inflation that has eroded the value already! Anything less than 15/20 is a rip-off!!

good Q1. eps 996k as against 589k.
Q2 eps of 1508k against 1347k

above results is good enough to sustain the price of Presco when suspension is lifted on trading.

Anyway, I think we just all have to calm ourselves down......
* Capital preservation should be the best bet now.
* As it is, buying and selling is still ongoing in the market, some investors still staking millions, and the same stocks we are blaming people for, are still listed in NGX and people will continue to trade them either we like it or not.

It's not only penny stocks shedding, all the fundamentally sound ones are also shedding.....
Reversal may come at any time then we will all change mouth again.......

** Anyone in market or in any stock should pls calm down......market will stabilize at one point then recovery or reversal will occur. Do not panic sell!
** More reason fundamentally sound stocks are recommended for newbies. Hold on, use dividend to hold body and when market reverses, all the paper losses you might be seeing will disappear and turn to profits!
