Don't know much about that but If you have the money pay and have your transaction completed. If you don't currently have the money, you could suggest they add it to their commission. You're also at liberty to ask them the reason for the $8.49 fee

Abeg, I need help with Epik.

I just sold a domain registered with Namecheap.com. I contacted Tony and he asked me to push it to their Namecheap account which I did. I even got a successful mail from Epik.

And the domain is no longer in my namecheap account.

But Epik just mailed me that I should push my domain within my Epik account, I followed the link in the mail then I realised I will pay $8.49 to push the domain.

Please, is this how it is done on Epik?

Go with their lead.
Once they pay for the Godaddy service a broker will contact you irrespective of where you have your domain listed.
A Godaddy broker contacted me two weeks ago and my domain was listed with Epik.
When the broker contacts get in touch with you, you can decide to tell them to go with a domain push or just wait the 60 days out.
My domain had about 18 days left to unlock the transfer feature. I waited it out and did a transfer

And if they go silent? Let them do their thing. Yours is to explain to Afternic that the domain is a week old. Buyer will either decide whether to wait or not. End-users can be finicky. This one knows what he/she is doing.

As per your second question, that depends solely on Dan since you've submitted all necessary documents but you ought to receive you BTC the day it is sent to you if not hours sef

Don't use wire transfer as the Bank will shortchange you with their ridiculous exchange rate couple with transfer charges . Go with btc if you can supply the required documents requested from you. You can sell your btc on Quidax immediately it lands on your wallet.

$150 minus Dan's 9% should give you ~60k with btc but wire transfer should give you around 45k or thereabout

If DAN, contact Lazlo and explain to him though I'm not sure they allow crypto payment for first sale but contact them and hear what they have to say.

This is my first sales actually and I give all glory to God. it is not easy. I started domaining early may this year, I applied for iykepromotion training and I am glad I did.

when I started domaining I was so desperate to sell this domain because I was so broke but God time is always the best. I did alot of outbound and follow up, the last outbound I did was the second week of last month august.

I even out bounded the domain right here on this thread to tell you how desperate I was. when out bounding here, a lot of folks were making jest of me... itz all good, I appreciate it all CU's we are one big family here. your jest made me more focus.

early September I was notified by afternic that the domain has been sold.

I give God all the glory for helping me to make my first sales. I pray for more fast sales for us all... amen

my advice to my fellow domainers is that don't ever give up, life is not always a bed of roses, the fact that you did not sell your domain now doesn't mean you will not sell the domain Still... just ensure you are patient and prayerful. and when you do make your sales, always ensure you give your tithe...

Also, ensure you buy domain with a lot of end users and buy a quality domain that even you are sure that you will be able to sell it...
