Please, I just sold my first domain.

I reg the domain on Namecheap. To push the domain to Dan namecheap account, will I use 'Change Owner' or 'Change Manager'

60+ end users is good. I guess you got them from scrapping yp as Google map have few end users for that domain....

I have one city + Photobooth I want to reg but I noticed they don't usually have much end users unless you Outbound them yo photographers in that city.
Please, is that what you did or you stick to the few end users.

I'm not an expert in appraisal but I'll advise you to stick to domains that sells. Many are afraid to appraise domains so they don't look like a fool if the domain sells tomorrow.

Look for domains in Cities + Products or services niche . Don't venture into States cause it'll be hard for you to sell.

A state in USA is like the whole of South Western Nigeria and it'll be hard for a Plumbing service in a particular cities to cover the whole state except they're big Company but its rare. That's why most geo domains that sells daily are Cities.

Also focus on top tier Keywords

I know this type of domains are hard to drop and even if they managed to, Dropcatch is waiting for them but it's better you hold onto your money rather than gnash your teeth when your domains ain't selling. Don't rush, Take your time and study the sales reports.

Dan is still undeveloped, they recently changed their name.

I went about it, but had to stop when I noticed I was being led to move my domain name from porkbun to Godaddy.

Please, I assume you Outbound for the domain immediately after you purchased it, and probably a follow up mail was sent.

Do you still Outbound to same end users you've sent mail to after a month or two. Or you search for new end users?

It's called domain forwarding. Try and search for it under domain menu of any registrar.

calling him from Nigeria is not advisable. Tell him you're not currently in his country and you would prefer email communication for any further enquiry he may get. Tell him your price and direct him to your for sales landing page. Don't call him.

Please, what's the best response for an end user requesting for credentials to sell the domain name.

Boss, please is it advisable to send a follow up letter, telling the end users about a particular website in the same industry that owns the plural version of the Geo domain I'm marketing to them.

The Plural version(services) is redirected to the website already while I have the singular one(service).

Do you think this will push them to buy the domain? I wanna try this before the normal follow up that requires us to reduce the domain price.
