I don't know how Dan.com do there own but I think they ask the buyer how he want to receive his domain before instructing me where to push.
This is the best procedure.

As for your illustration, read it again and you will realise you're not communicating. While the buyer choose to wait for 60days lock, the Escrow man took his own percentage and pay the seller his own percentage. The Escrow service can withhold the domain for the buyer without affecting his business.

why are you so much in a hurry to receive the money? calm down. Everything is under control. Tony does that to avoid a situation whereby buy refuses your registrar and wants it at his registrar.

No need to worry yourself. You can only be paid when the buyer has received the domain. That's the normal thing.

This is why I prefer Dan marketplace. I've sold over 10 domains and one doesn't need to wait for the buyer to receive it.

Just made a sale on Epik. Domain already pushed to Epik escrow but Tony is telling me to wait for the buyer to receive the domain before I can get my payment.

Please, how do I convince him to pay me and hold the domain till when the buyer is ready to accept the transfer.

What a MIRACLE WEEKEND for me... Was very broke. Had only 2k on me on Friday. Then I decided to re-outbound some domain I registered when I started 4 months ago. To make it easier to sell. I reduce their prices to $100 each.

Meaning I will pleas with the buyer to create an account at Netsol, push it to him, then notify Dan about the domain Push. Then I get my payment?

What if you sell a domain you bought from Netsol at Dan or Epik. Can you push it while under 60days lock?

This particular sale was a surprise to me. I knew the name is very good, so I did a rigorous Outbounding for it.

During the 3rd outbounding, the price was reduced to $200. Someone showed interest but went off. I disturbed the guy twice that I'm ready to sell it for 100. I got no response.

Then I reduced the price to 100 for the outbounding. Surprisingly, I got a mail from Simon the following day that the Domain was sold for 200. I checked the invoice to see the buyer, and it happens to be the guy that showed interest when the price was 200.
