Good morning beautiful members of NL, happy Sunday all , today I will be cooking Moi Moi, one of our member here by name @pocohantas challenged me to cook Moi Moi and I promised him I will be cooking that today , after thinking of how to go about washing and grinding the beans, God brought one of female bestie ohhh and she agreed to help me in washing and grinding it but I will have to go and bring it by myself …
Stay tuned while I prepare my delicious Moi Moi

Fish
Tatashe (long pepper )
Short pepper

Crayfish
Knorr Maggi
Salt
Groundnut oil
Etc
I forgot to tell u I Will be getting it down with my pap and my loud

Yea, cooking is fun, but I’ll advise you reduce your ingredients. It always feels like you have a lot and want to use them all at once. Turmeric, ginger and scent leaf inside one pot is overboard. Also, except you have a personal preference for Royco, please make a switch to Maggi or Knorr. Royco has this (offensive) smell and taste that totally alters the natural taste and aroma of your cooking.

I can always tell the smell of Royco once I perceive it.

When are we making the moimoi? I hope you won’t put ugu inside it…

Thanks will do that I just bought maggi one packet but I will get knorr then , okay will reduce hand in my ingredient , the Moi Moi is during the weekend , no I can’t try that

Not too cost though I already had bag of rice and beans in my house coupled with ingredients I just had to get fish , ugu and few things outside … thanks better to eat at home than out
