The truth is 2027 election will be APC vs the masses (Nigeria) because no human being with a working brain will want to hear anything APC in Nigeria again except your father is one of the politicians or you are benefiting directly from their corruption.
I bet many people said the same in 2023. Yet APC won again.

Properties › Re: Nigerian Real Estate Prices Will Crash Soon: The Global Dollar Effect. by obeegee: 5:06am On Apr 06, 2025
I think the fact that real estate is bought with cash and not mortgages, the real estate market in nigeria will be immune to global affairs.

Yes, there may be reduced demand due to less inflow of dollars, but then you fail to factor the poor supply of housing in nigeria, especially in these high brow areas you mentioned. Our high prices are caused more by low supply than high demand.

I doubt prices will reduce significantly. Maybe slightly, but not by a lot

No matter the level of evil or corruption being perpetuated by Nigerian politicians\leaders, there will always be a Nigerian supporting them , unfortunately, this same Nigerian will be dragging front seat, sandwiched between the driver, another Nigerian in front seat of mini-buses that don't even have space and be loaded like olden days sardine

Politics › Presidential Jet 737 Put Up For Sale by obeegee(op): 3:17am On Sep 27, 2024
So I noticed this link with our presidential jet being put up for sale. Same jet we were told was not serviceable.

Now the part that caught my attention was the number of Hours and number of cycles the jet was advertised to have. I did some research to see how many hours and cycles similar aircraft could fly in its lifespan. The manufacturer, Boeing puts its lifespan at 55000 hours or 90000 cycles. Our jet had 3821 hours and 1881 cycles. Which means, the jet is almost like brand new by the manufacturer's standards.

This only shows that the excuse of the aircraft being old and not serviceable was untrue.

The new presidential aircraft purchased is far bigger than this one and has a much higher operating cost. The former aircraft 737 bbj has an hourly operating cost of $6,000 while the new one acj a330 has an hourly operating cost of $29,700. Evidence attached below.

Link to the aircraft's sale listing is

4 pages and no one has mentioned the real issue. The age of the plane!!!’

You say your current 19 year old plane is too old and unserviceable and then you go and purchase a 15 year old plane?

I can’t support this.
The aircraft's age was a senseless excuse. He just wanted to fly in a more prestigious aircraft. The cost of operating and maintaining an A330 aircraft far outweighs the 737 aircraft previously used. This size of aircraft is used by the presidents of only a few countries who have larger economies. E.g france, germany, USA. Even canadian PM or british pm does not use this kind of aircraft.
