I think these are the guys who guard their president. They are usually well kitted. Doubt that is the same for the other rank and file in the military. Simple google search will prove. In my opinion, whatever US is doing for nigeria militarily, nigeria was capable of doing by itself all along. Nigeria has ISR platforms, drone, attack helicopters and jets.
