You cannot use your own savings or money to supplement the AOS. The money must come from a U.S. citizen sponsor - if your husband has any other U.S. citizen relatives, he might wish to ask them if they are willing to serve as joint sponsors.

What of the use of form I-864A, where AOS sponsor is the intending immigrant?

Submitted mine online in May too, got a mail to submit passport and was given 5years visa last week. bit of patience will go a long way if correct documents have been submitted. Thanks all
