How was it resolved please?

Around 8 and 9 pm yesterday we tried sendrng money to opay from gtb. The response we got was that opay may not be able to receive transaction now. The money sent was pending throughout the night. This money the money was reversed and we sent money to 3 opay accts sucessfully.
