Laws are not selective. You are bereft of ideas that culture and happenstance determine the definition of a crime. There are customary laws that are exclusive to tribes and some social norms are defined by the general view of the majority not by the offended or instinct.

Imagine writing a thesis on sexual harassment in Nigeria without quoting one law to back it up? That's what we call sentiments and activism.
