yeah! They are allowed to. just check it from Abuja NYSC office. |
Nigerian government should contest against this extradition. They can't do it in countries like South Africa, Iran, Russia, China etc If they succeed in this, it means that US can come and drop their sheet anytime they want to. |
Hmmmm! How can they continue doing like this? And want me to have faith in Super Eagles. Time has come to change my nationality to ghana. |
She could have still made her point without bashing an intellectual governor! Shame on her! |
@Usher u only want to visit russia or more than that?If u were registered as a student that would have been the best option to prolong ur visa. But I understand u want to work. I will frankly tell u that there is no reasonable work to do there for africans. If u have a good job in Nigeria better stay behind. I know some number of people trapped there and no way to come back. |
Yeah! they are really beautiful, I wonder y they don't feature in Miss Universe contest! |
This guy needs to be jailed! |
Hi NLs! Was once a student in Ukraine. After completion of my study in Ukraine, I had to come back to Nigeria, as there is nothing much there. I choose Emirate when flying back home. We(Me and 2 other of Nigerian students) first landed in Dubai as there was no direct flight to Lagos. The next day we were to leave for Lagos, the Dubai airport staffs detained me. I was so surprise as they delayed only me while they left the other two nigerians. They say they need to check my passport after which they will let me go. I could not understand them as they were not speaking english. After checking they escorted me to a location I would call prison during which they detained me for 6 days before letting me go. Would say it was hell of an experience for someone just graduating from school abroad. They even wrote on my passport that I should not enter Dubai for the next one year. It has been like 7 years now since that horrible experience. I am currently thinking of traveling to Dubai. Plz NLs my questions are 1. is it advisable to make that adventure? I'm really scared of Dubai. 2. Is there any way I can find out what really happened. |
^^^^^ Mind u that if not for her u would have been drinking white chalk to the grave! |
@texazzpete She was doing her job as the head of NAFDAC. That is what she was paid for. This is the service we should expect from ALL our leaders/senior civil servants. Could u imagine how Nigeria could have been if everyone including the presidency are all doing their jobs as expected of leaders? @ Safariman If she did not speak up because of fear, then while all the accolades about how brave she is? She only spoke up when protesters including Soyinka already spoken up At least she was able to speak up, what of her fellow cabinet members. By the way y are u counting Soyinka? He is also part of the ministers? Just give Kudos for that bravery, it's very rare in Nigerian politics. @ Idupaul Yeah i agree dora is a determined woman , a woman determined to re brand her purse . Abeg like the past agf we all know what really happened @ nafdac then I advise u not to say that in Public we all know what happened to the fellow that challenged her reputation as Nafdac Chairman. COURT ACTION!! I rest my case! |
@poster Dora Akunyili is a classic example of leadership par excellence. She is the true reflection of a selfless and determined African woman, who gives her all to her family, society and nation. And as she marks another fulfilling year on earth, we must acknowledge who she is. Calling her the mother of modern Nigeria is one sure way to start. That paragraph was superb. @ Dora haters Yes, she is not a saint but tell me which other woman in nigerian politics that is close to her profile. I beg Madam Dora C A R R Y G O! |
