Natalie Portman is also a strong contender.
Emma Stone's nomination came as a big surprise.

@ijaw_girl
Disney is making too much money from the pirates of the caribbean films. Unless a flop occurs, then it will be stopped.

@v3
The spambot can tag any post bad. Not even NL moderators are spared from the wrath of the bot.

@JeSoul
I would have loved to review THE SOCIAL NETWORK. But going by the tally, THE EXPENDABLES has the most votes.
My review is coming up.

@JeSoul
If only u were the moderator of this section, you would have changed the topic title.

Where's Spikedcylinder sef?

and the list goes on:
- Ricochet
- Case 39

04kaa:

@04kaa
Omo!! Na wa for you o!! Take am easy.

RuggedMan's Untouchable was cool. I liked it more than the "Ruggedy Baba" album.

I really enjoyed listening to M.I.'s M.I.2 - The Movie. But I feel its not as good as his previous album "Talk About It".

I also enjoyed RuggedMan's new album "Untouchable".

@rokiatu
The box office performance matters to the producers and distributors. They don't want to count losses.

@teeluv
Backup plan aka Pregnancy for dummies

@spade
I know how u feel.

'The Tourist' gets 3 Golden Globe nominations.
The 68th Golden Globe awards takes place on January 16 2011.

@iice
Ice Ice baby!! Thanks for posting the Golden Globe nominations.

So, "The Tourist" and "Burlesque" still got nominations despite the negative reviews.

The animated feature films category is a tough one.

68th Golden Globe Awards nominations will be announced today.

They are almost the same thing. After watching those movies, you'll be wondering why they got made or even end up being released.

The list goes on;
- Jonah Hex
- The Spy Next Door
- Valentine's Day (2010)
- In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale

"The Tourist" opened poorly in the U.S. over the weekend with $17 million.

Check out the reviews as at Dec. 13 2010 from these sites:
- Rotten Tomatoes - 20%
- Metacritic - 37/100

@teeluv
I agree. Street Fighter - The Legend of Chun Li sucked.
Street Fighter (1995) starring Jean Claude Van Damme was crap as well.

The Spirit (2008)  The film is an error.

"Sin City" is far better.

The reviews as at Dec. 12 2010;

The Chronicles of Narnia: the Voyage of the Dawn Treader
Rotten Tomatoes - 50%
Flixster users - 79%
Metacritic - 54/100

The Tourist
Rotten Tomatoes - 20%
Flixster users - 78%
Metacritic - 38/100

Nominations for “The 68th Annual Golden Globe® Awards” will be announced on Tuesday, December 14 2010.

"The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" debuted at No. 1 in the U.S. It made an estimated $24.5 million in its opening weekend.
"The Tourist" debuted at No. 2 with an opening gross of $17 million.
Industry pundits find these figures quite disappointing.

-Disaster Movie
- Date Movie
- Meet the Spartans
- Furry Vengeance
- A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010)

Loved it! Has that optimistic feel good vibe especially with the protagonist.  And the battle scenes. . .love the claw armors [/color]

The 2010 version of Clash of the Titans was a remake and not a sequel. Anyway, it still sucked.
