THE SILENCE OF THE LAMBS (1991)

Cast: Jodie Foster, Anthony Hopkins, Scott Glenn, Charles Napier
Director: Jonathan Demme

My review: The movie is based on a novel by Thomas Harris. When I first saw this movie on video cassette, it gave me the chills. The way Hannibal Lecter escaped from the mental institution was awesome. It won 4 Academy Awards (Oscar) which are Best Picture, Best Actress (Jodie Foster), Best Actor (Anthony Hopkins) and Best Director (Jonathan Demme).

Along with "Se7en", "The Silence of the Lambs" is one of my favorite serial killer films.

I rate the film 92%.

teeluv:
please for gods sake why would they come out with ghost rider 2 ?? even the first 1 waswacked ad to make matters worse, idris

@teeluv
Omo!! Idris Elba films na apology.
It will be released 2012 and it will be called "Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance".

JeSoul:
JK I think you can institute fines for 'time takers'  starting at $10 for every hour. And since we're family, I'm exempt from this rule. Right my brother?

@JeSoul
You're included o!!!

@iice
Ghost Rider 2

@vescucci
127 Hours hits theaters on November 5 2010.

@vescucci
I was afraid you were going to suggest "Norbit" or "The Last Airbender".

I'll go for either "The Silence of the Lambs (1991)" or "L.A. Confidential (1997)".

@iice
The movie is called "127 Hours". Its one of the films for consideration when the season for big movie award shows kick off early 2011.

@vescucci
Abeg!! Choose better movie o!! Or else, u go receive bulala.

@Orikinla
"The Social Network" is still the No.1 film in the U.S. for the 2nd week in a row.

The movie has been getting a lot of good reviews from both critics and movie-goers. As for it being a movie for the Facebook generation, I have my doubts about that. I'll check it out when it premieres in Nigerian cinemas.

MRbrownJAY:
WALL STREET 2 didnt think it was going to be as good as it was, the cameo appearance of "Bud Fox" was priceless!

@MRbrownJAY aka MRdownload
I'm still having doubts about "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps". I'm tired of watching wack movies.

@JK & JeSoul
The idea is cool, but what if someone picks a movie no one has seen?

What if somebody suggests wack films like DISASTER MOVIE or VAMPIRES SUCK?

@vescucci
Kirk Franklin is more serious than R. Kelly.
