A friend of mine who got married 2 years ago was told by God to have a quiet wedding but she has been dreaming of a big wedding all her life. So she couldn't resist not having a big wedding. Few months after she lost Her mother in an accident.

I didn't connect the dots till you raise this thread. Atheists will tell you it's life. But ma, as Christians we need to vigilant and obedient.

A mature spinster recently got married, this was a pleasant surprise to most of us who mean well for her but while she was still preparing for her marriage, a few days to her wedding ceremony, her father died and afterwards her mother is seriously sick. This reminded me of another lady who lost her mother while preparing for her marriage

I have heard similar stories before and it happens mainly in Africa than in the West, is this just a coincidence or is there something supernatural attached to this, like is it possible that the woman was delayed by her father or something, to me it's weird

U see why religion need to be abolished, I av seen many cases of spinsters marrying without any death issue or sickness from the family, I'm sure u not expecting every case of marriage, ceremony etc to went perfect, the issue u talking abt happen everywhere around the world, just that u only see the ones happening around your vicinity/region, believe it or not this issue happens once in ten cases.

Its just a coincidence nothing more

What truth are u talking about, truth abt heaven being up in the sky, Adam and eve eaten the forbidden fruit God created, God flooding four corners of the flat earth, Jesus sacrificed because God wasn't able to forgive, God creating hellfire for u, sending Satan to u simply because he so much loved u, Noah breeding millions of animals because God don't want to use magic rather perfers working mysteriously with nature, God hardening the heart of pheroh, Samson killing thousands of innocent people cos of God, God causing the fight BTW Cain and Abel that lead to the death of Abel, not to mention the creation of other religions by same God.
Now
Religion breeds different types of scammers, religion made people feel they are capable of having supernatural powers which is impossible, thereby encouraging witchery, rituals, occultism etc, suicide bombing, violence, fighting unexisting enemy, justifiable death, controversy, etc religion boasts the existence of all this bullshits!!!
What hasn't religion done to us and I ask again what truth are u talking about? undecided

Don't say that dude, everyone uses their brain to a maximum level except when religion is involved, put away fear, afterlife reward, do some researches and u will see the dishonest/fraudulent part of religion.

The teeth wasn't carrying the guy but holding the crates, the guys weight was balanced on his stomach (might have a protected inside so as not to feel much pain), it's just a simple trick for those who understood.

God gave us the bible when there was no enough tools for proper researches, if bible was written in recent times four corners wouldn't have been there, now what are the proves that bible came directly from God "belief" grin

Belief means an acceptance that something exists or is true, especially one without proof.

Has God been physically proven "NO" but he proves himself to me through dreams, and sometimes when I do work hard he proves himself by making me come out successfully.

God also let me know that he is,
A very jealous one,
He works very mysteriously,
I shouldn't ask him some particular questions,
I should fear him because he love me so much.

Anyhow, I think the only way to truly know if there's one true God is to sincerely pray for the Holy Spirit to reveal it.
Cause everyone feels that their "god" is the only true "god".
But there is only "1"....the God of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob as the only true God..

A Muslim would tell u that that the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is god, what abt those who spent their lifetime praying for the holyspirit and they ended up with no revelation, praying can't be a guarantee.
