I just want to say that this is not even close to being true. I've gone to school in America, Canada and Germany. I processed all the admissions by myself. And I can tell you now that America has the most complicated restrictive process. Canada is simpler and Germany is the most straightforward. I started and finished my application within one week of the deadline. Got admission, booked my appointment, funded my account and did everything that needed to be done (without reading the almighty Nairaland thread that you are using to insult someone). You don't even know anything about the person and you have the gall to call them lazy? You need to get off your high horse. just because you read one thread on the internet you think you are more diligent than the person in question? You can help people without insulting them.

As for the scam. If I sell a loaf of bread for N50000 and my neighbor sells it for N50 and we bought it for N20 you will call that business shey?
Have you never heard of business ethics? There is a margin of profit that is acceptable, after that it becomes exploitation. It's because of people like you that this country is falling to pieces. You applaud 'smart' people that take advantage of others and call it 'business' then you cry when politicians make life hard for the common Nigerian.
Guess what, that's just 'business' too.

People should be careful of scammers on this thread. Someone from this forum charged a friend of mine 300k for admission processing in Germany. She paid 197k before later realizing that all is needed is just UNIASSIST. The idiot refused sending her admission letter because she is yet to balance up. Pleasee beware of fake agent. Germany admission is the easiest of all countries.

Pls is there no career in petroleum engineering/ oil and gas/ anything relating to oil and gas job in Germany.

The university is claustal university and it's low in ranking.

If you have data to ask this question u could as well type this question in google and plenty options will come out going to germany is a personal thing I have said this what work for A might not work for B people have gotten admission with OND and people has been rejected even with 3.5 BSc cgpa so just do research on google and don't forget daad.De and u will have more than enough info that you will turn to a guru.
Or better still start from part 3 and by the time u have finished this you will be given people advise here so tell your couaine to do her/his research well and the sky will be the starting point

Is good to have both N26 and Deutsche bank. I opened Sparkasse for all deductions to come from there.

A friend here advised best is Deutsche bank.

N26 gives me fast service - transferring cash made easy.

Hello house., was actually waiting for my passport b4 i give a detailed analysis of my journey but right now, the wait is excruciating! Went for interview: 9th of August
Founded: 1st of September
AM dropped: 5th of September,
Now the main mata be say i sent my passport through DHL on the 6th sept, hopping to travel on the 20th sept wch is 2moro, buh i am yet to get any sign of my parcel, my accommodation officer is expecting me on the 21th., i have mailed him though but yet to get a reply, my concern is if there's any penalty of not arriving as scheduled, secondly is anyone here who has sent his passport to the embassy same period as mine and has received his/her parcel back?

I have an issue that needs urgent help. For some reasons I don't know my appointment booking was cancelled either mistakenly by someone (the person that helped book it) or by the system (I can't really tell). I still have the application booking mail which was scheduled for October 15th 7.30am, then I got a cancellation mail yesterday which I don't understand how.

I'm still trying to book another appointment but my question is can I still take this appointment letter to the embassy on that day? For the guys that have done their interviews, do you think this will be an issue as my slot would still be open? I know the security guys at the gate just want to see the application print out. How else can I confirm an application booking?

Online application opens from march. So you can apply in march 2019. For the requirements, you need bsc certificate, waec certificate, transcript, ielts or toefl if you have, international passport, letter of recommendation from two persons(preferably two phd lecturers or professor from your department), letter of motivation(google it and get samples). The letter of motivation is vital in granting you admission.
You fill the application form online and upload these documents. You then print the colored copy of the online document and keep it safe. Thats what you will submit to the school once you get to bremen.
You then wait for the outcome of the admission. You will hear from them as from june. Once you are granted admission, you then proceed to stage 2 which is visa processess.

I don't think embassy have problems with WAEC print out .
Just make it color and photocopy the rest you want to certify
You can't be rejected because of WAEC print out since u will still certify it once its certified its good to go.
May be the person didn't do certification but make sure your transcripts are stamped on allnpages guess that's what embassy no dey take play .

3. If I understand you well ( you mean evidence of finance eg blocked account, Sl or scholarships) all of them are very okay
4. I dnt think anyone can ans this for you because we dnt knw your course, Gp, what your motivation letter looks like and all. even if we do there are soo many school and we all can only speak about the once we encountered so my advice is make research. Apply to a lot. Work hard for that co it won’t come cheap and read from page one. You might see someone with your Gp get admission in a school of your choice

This person is very funny oh. You're saying this because you have never seen Paulinus in action. If you show up with the wrong appointment letter, The way he go take send you back, it will do you like action movie.

I have been to the embassy twice
The first time for certification and the second time for interview. The first time I went, all the people behind me were sent home.

They already have a record of those that are going to show up for appointment and Paulinus will over check it with your passport number.
Let me state it clearly that if you do not go through the normal process, that is book for a visa appointment through this email student@lago.diplo.de, you're on your own oh.

And let me also remind you that it's stated clearly on their website that there are no available dates anymore so if you go through the other route, that is book for appointment on their website, you think it's not obvious enough that something is wrong somewhere?

I'll also tell you that if you're found guilty of getting your appointment through a crooked means, maybe by using another passport number or whatever, you'll be banned

Finally, they're future applicants here who are patiently waiting to apply for summer, please don't pour sand in their garri! We're all in this together, nobody is competing with anyone, we're all going to get there at the end, please let's be patient and do the right thing.

Don't misquote him he is just trying to say that unless he is with a scholarship from Germany he won't be able to be attended or given a date for winter period but he should reapply for summer semester during November

Good day house, I have applied for an interview and the date was on the 13th of July and I did it in Abuja, and about 3 weeks later after the interview they asked for my travel insurance which I submitted immediately the next day. But it’s now going to 4 weeks and no response from them since. Honestly i am worried I don’t know if my visa won’t be granted or why it’s taking this long cos everyone says it doesn’t normally take this long. Does anyone in the house know anything or have any idea on y please.
