Can our president participate intelligently in such conversations? **This a question plz not an abuse. I think in all of Africa, it's only Nigeria that always elects leaders that are unintelligent. I cannot imagine Buhari's input in such discussion. |

The ban does not prevent influx of foreign rice, it only makes it expensive as smuggling is risky. Use your brain, and don't read textbooks by Nigerian authors alone. The government should be creative and improvise other means of promoting locally produced rice. When cheaper locally produced rice are available, nobody will buy foreign rice again. 1 Like |
