A state of Colossal failure

Given the current circumstances, I'm considering venturing into farming but I require guidance on important factors to take into account. I'm keen on avoiding financial losses, especially since I have a limited budget of only 200k. My plan involves using this budget to rent land and also hiring farmers to assist. Could you provide some advice on this?
