according to nilesat 201 the EIRP LIES BETWEEN 50-52dbw AND OUTSIDE we have 45-49dbw.i dey wonder oooo

so what is our fate when jsc1-10 moves to 201and yet we have not received 201 with 2.4m.habi una don get abu dhabi sports on 201 with 2.4m?

we are progressing on 201 at least we are getting positive result from enugu to onitsha now is abuja.signal strenght and dish size is very important.keep it up.

my update this evening.i tried 12092 from a friends 4m dish the signal is 60% but not stable,its off and on ,i think i may stick to what George said ,lets give 201 a little time for everything to be 100% ok.

twinskenny,I tried with my 2.4m no show on strong at all i changed the receiver to my old technosat T888 which i believe is very sensitive to signal all i got was just 15-20%.note,if the signal is close to 35% on the technosat i should hit green but no way.it jumped between 15 and 20% meaning its a weak signal and cannot bring picture

My conclusion,those 3 transponders may be very weak compare to kenya and tanzania.
we may need a better lnb couple with a good dish and a sound technical know how to get it right.

LETS WAIT TILL WHEN ANOTHER FREQUENCY WILL BE ACTIVE,WE MAY BE LUCKY OTHERWISE IT WILL BE LIKE THAT OF SHOWSPORT SIGNAL OR CNN ON 2.4M WHICH EVEN WITH LAZER LNB YOU CANT NAIL IT WITH 2.4.

ALL THE GURUS WITH 5M DISH AND ABOVE CAN YOU PLS TRY THAT NAUGHTY NILESAT 201 AND FEED US BACK?

ABU DHABI SPORT ON 11449 SIGNAL TOO IS WEAK BUT I WAS ABLE TO RECEIVE IT UP TO 48 TO 50% YET THE SIGNAL VERY WEAK.

from another forum some have been receiving the signal in spain,Germany and other parts of europe,some with good signal other with bad signal.

ASTRA 1G 31.5E IS TRACKABLE IN NIGERIA with this frequency 11817 v 27500 ONLY IF YOUR CAN UNDERSTAND TURKEY LANGUAGE

invacom,digisat are far better than fuji based on performance and signal strenght boost.Two of my ogas is having invacom but yet no story on nilesat 201 from there end.Note> invacom is the most expensive but fuji isnt bad either.

still waiting ,we are working on the bird.if any body is already with the bird in 9ja ,lets know ,from my end no green at all but i will keep trying till i nail it.

nilesat 201 transponders 11211,12092 and 10727 is not yet active in Nigeria not even on 2.4 talk less of 1.8m.i have tried the 1.8 and 2.4 no green.may be if more transponders is release the signal will be ok.my observation:mbc,jsc,bbc,fox movies and osn signal ok.if anybody have receivd the nilesat 2o1 in nigeria kindly inform d house.we shall keep tracking and posting the update.

i observed some atlantic bird 4 , 7.2w signal are popping up on nilesat 7w 11374 H 27500,11411 h 27500,11432 v 27500 and 11449 h 27500

kungu ADMS is flashing back according to flysat,i will check if its receivable .i guess its off while i was trying it in the morning.

williams,if you have already made Nile set up just check the signal strenght its the same dish position and satellite.I observe that without changing my old dish position the signal just pop up.

kungu,i have not found ADMS on any of the satellite website and you said you have ADMS.how come am not getting it?it sound interesting can you throw more light.Check the afore mentioned channels and give the house your signal strenght.

kungu,with my 2.4m i got excellent signal of 70-75% on most channels (MBC,ALJAZEERA SPORTS,BBC,FOX MOVIES,AD SPORT1 AND 2 ,NILE CINEMA,SPORTS TO MENTION FEW ,but no AD SPORT.IS AD SPORT BEAM FULLY ON ON THAT NILE 201?

saturday   rts1 sunderland v man utd ,sunday    ,chelsea v arsenal on 2m,ESPN brazil and sportmax for those who can receive the signal.
