check the signal quality from first picture its 38% from the second picture its 31 and based on my tracking ability with strong receivers if you have 38% at your first track by the time you click on info you should have 39 -40% why the sudden drop from 38% - 31%.And to convince more people to believe in your finding lets see the pictures rather than blank screen.

Fuji,digisat,santech,stargold are special lnbs much better than invacom on my 2.4m.invacom is the most expensive and most useless.in term of better performance on 2.4m fuji is good,santech and digisat is better(still prefer santech) stargold is the best.but friends use lnb that work for your dish."one man's meat,, "

Kungu,thanks very much.can you shed more líght to how you converted your prime focus dish to offset?I Think prime focus shld be better of because most signal is concentrate at the center and the whole dish is fully illuminated by the satellite while in the case of offset most of the signal is at the bottom of the dish and i think just few parts is illuminated by the satellite.

Äbdul101,its your location that will determine if hotbird is possible or not,if u are closer to northern states u shld be able to pick it.yes,i think u can combine 2 lnb on nile and hotbird if you consult expert.i did a stupid thing on my 2.4m,i used a long pole attached my lnb and kind of use it to find other satellite and to my suprise i got the following satellite using astra (28e sky) as my reference point.badr5 26e,ew6 21.6, hotbird13e and w3a 7e.and also w4/7 36e.
