The silly decision by the pdp to throw open it's president primaries would be their undoing. As it stands jow, the Pdp Presidential primaries is for the highest bidder. And its a shame. The NWC ought to have stopped delegates buying but they are silent.

The 2023 presidency elections should have been zoned. This should have been the last zoning, because of its significance for national healing and unity. But pdp failed. They decided to throw the contest open to even northerners who have dollars to dash.
Well meaning Nigerians had warned against this, considering that 2023 present a the best opportunity to heal the civil war wounds and give the igbos a sense of belonging same as was done to Yoruba in 1999, but again PDPhas failed.
Should Atiku or Saraki clinch the ticket, then the PDP's end is here. Their betrayal of the SE is legendary. And they are a lost case.
But most significantly, if the North retains power in 2023, and Nigeria's fragile unity begins to collapse, every Nigerian should hold the PDP NWC members responsible. Write out their names and save it. These are the men who finally destroyed Nigeria's fragile unity.

I beg to disagree that the Fulanis don't have money to wage war, if Nigeria divides they would be getting at least 50% of Nigeria's weapons, they would have the Arewa Army with some trained personnel in trained in the united Nigeria currently, Ilorin is in the North and won't be outright in Western territory so you see in this case, Yorubas would be the aggressor if you are determined in Ilorin you saw what happened in Ukraine, Donbass is ethnic Russia just like you can argue about Ilorin but they are in Northern Nigeria.

If you enter Arewa territory which Ilorin woukd be part of as a part of greater Kwara not only are you the aggressor but also you are attacking an overwhelmingly armed North and I'm not saying that the Igbos for instance would support the North but I can guarantee that as far as they are not fighting us, they would have access to the sea through the Niger, only the Igbos can stop the North from accessing the River Niger and I don't think they would be our enemies after Nigeria, I'm just saying that things are not exactly as they sound in our minds
