odumchi: "Omenneji" is a name used to call someone who treats everyone like a brother.

Broken down, it's:

"Ome-ka-otu-nne-ji" - someone who treats another like they come from the same mother. In many southern and eastern dialects, "nneji" also means "brother/sister".

In my side of Idemili I have never heard "kedu" from village peeps,it is Ndee
e.g>"Ndee ebea o no?"
And "Ndee afa/aha gi?"

Anambra people do not use "isala chi" or "ibola chi", instead we use something like "ututu oma" or "itetago/itetana" depending on the area.
In my village, adults of the same age group also use "ndee one unu mere" or "Unu aputakwara ura"as a form of greeting in the morning.
Some towns in Enugu on the other hand, use an entirely different way of greeting in the morning.
