questions sorry if its already been answered in part, but 57 pages is an awful lot to sift through. My wife is
an American, I am Nigerian. We've been living together for the majority of the last 4 years in Ghana. Nigeria is not too safe for her, a few bad experiences... so we agreed Ghana is much better, she's happier there.
We started staying together in
2009, in 2012 we got married and she filed the I-130 a few months ago.

Nigeria is tax free for the citizen
in Nigeria u don't pay water bills.........(bore holes every where water is free)
