Please, when I get ICES évaluation on the HND as 4 years and I get into the pool, am I to choose highest qualification as BSC or 2 more certificate. Note : I am not evaluating my OND as each cost 200CAD.

I will suggest you evaluate your OND too, this will help you to claim 2 or more points which inturns increases your crs points

2. This is a total NO NO as it is clearly stated on their website.

I ll also suggest this type of question should be avoided on this forum so as not to cause problems for people that genuinely get gift deed without borrowing. Before IRCC decide to change gift deed process for Nigerians

Honestly I feel very weak.

Entered the pool with 450 since May1. Missed the 450 draw on the day due to the tie-breaker rule and draws have been over the roof since then.

Birthday in mid August(PA)
Ielts expires on 2nd of September(Spouse)

Sorry about my rant, just needed to pour this out.

Good morning my fellow canadians.
I have my eca and ielts results now, so I want to enter pool with crs score 457. I pray ITA fall on me this next draw.
But I am a lil confused now cos hubby had a son in uni with his girlfriend. The son is with the mother in another country who is in another country. He does not have full access to the boy as the mother prevents the relationship. We dont know if we should include the boy in the application as he is unsure the mother will allow him do medicals.

I guess in your visa application you need to answer a question, do you have any family member in US? He/she is your sibling, you need to write his/her name. No need to explain about his/her overstay but if you are asked in the interview, you need to tell the truth.

pls, with respect to the trend of Nigerians overstaying, do you have to state that that u know an overstayed family member in your application. this family member is a sibling and u acquired the previous visa together.

I can relate.....we missed ITA because my husbandsaid he won't write ielts till July ending and that's final....without his ECA and ielts we are presently on 460.......I am still begging him to write this month

its the same here o. we would have gotten ITA in the days of 450 if he agreed to write since o. Bad thing is he isnt preparing sef.
