Odibembem: Have you checked the national demographics? Nigeria is not same as our Benin City. Calm down, the whole of South South has 15m voters, a zone has 22m and another has 17m and they are not beating their chest like u. Obi wins Edo by small margin but loses Kano, Jigawa, Borno and Kwara Katsina by scandalous margins, what purpose is served? Those places you mentioned have 3 other elephants contesting for their votes. Kwankwaso is a strong force to contend in the North if you don't know. |

Aufbauh: The SE is already disadvantage with just five states as against 6 or 7 states in other zones.
I can see that the ignoble zombidients are celebrating their disadvantage as if those numbers were new.
It's the voters turnout that really count & not even the voters registered. Ekiti has less than 1m registered voters. Kindly compare with Ebonyi, the least populated state in the SE with over 1.5m. Ndi 6 states per region. |
Politics › Re: Where Was Chimaroke When Tinubu Went To Enugu Yesterday? by obyrich(m): 2:04pm On Jan 12, 2023 |
Penguin2: Believe me when I tell you that Chimaroke is just scamming Tinubu.
Tinubu should check if Chiboy is not a mole.
Because there’s no convincing that Chimaroke will do that will make Enugu people vote Tinubu. They will rather go play vote. Tinubu did not give them money. He told them to work hard and deliver before they could get a soaked slice of bread from him. He was obviously cautious of their antics. |
Politics › Re: Where Was Chimaroke When Tinubu Went To Enugu Yesterday? by obyrich(m): 2:03pm On Jan 12, 2023 |
Penguin2: Tinubu was in Enugu for his campaign yesterday. Enugu, as you know, is the city of Chimaroke who governed it between 1999 and 2007.
Although a sitting PDP senator, Chimaroke has declared his support for the presidential ambition of Bola Tinubu, and was even included in the APC PCC.
But when Tinubu went to Enugu for his campaign yesterday, Chimaroke was conspicuously absent from Tinubu’s campaign.
He did not come to welcome him at the Airport, did not go to the campaign ground nor did Tinubu visit him at home.
You want to say maybe Chiboy (as he’s fondly called) is out of the country?
Then he should have sent a support group. Or tweeted about it. He should have done something to show that his preferred presidential candidate is in his state.
Or has Chimaroke finally realized that identifying openly with Tinubu is tantamount to kissing his senatorial ambition goodbye?
Is he finally awake to reality on ground?
What don’t we know?

How can nnpc be recording oil export on a sheet of paper and we call this a country. Even customs nor weigh and balance dont have a single record of oil exports. The kind of theft going on in oil sector is unimaginable. How Nigeria could not meet OPEC production quota due to massive oil theft under this saintly government is still a surprise. What if that’s a way of generating revenue for the NPA to become self reliant at the London office? How will any sane president not want his country to have an efficient ports office in one of the biggest cities in the world. Now I agree with Tinubu, Obi is just a warehouse economist and trader who couldn’t transform Anambra but wants to transform Nigeria. Bala bulu economics The only Port Authority that has an office outside its shores of operation is the point here. |

Throwback: I have never bothered myself to comment on the supposed gaffes of Tinubu, but today I would.
Even as a young vibrant Governor in Lagos State, Tinubu already had a speech/tongue issue, which has nothing to do with his capacity to be brilliant and efficient at his work.
I believe those who knew him from his university days and early career as a brilliant auditor, would have observed this speech/tongue defect even then.
The point here is that Tinubu's speech issues are as congenital as Peter Obi’s Adaobi voice issues. I do not condemn anyone of the 2 over a matter they have no control over. It has nothing to do with age, as obvious from the videos of his speeches when he was Governor.
I am not supporting him because of his speech, but because of his capacity to grow economy and conceive complex infrastructural development, while creating the necessary framework for governance to interface effectively with followership. Festus Keyamo will disagree with you on this. |
