Hi, from news getting to me from the agent who is responsible for bringing out these loans, the major problems that her clients get is raising the Bank Guarantee from our local banks here. All the lenders do not trust we Nigerians. She said for other countries they do not request the bank Guarantee. So for any body interested in these loans, you should be very sure of getting the Guarantee. Most people say it's not a problem but the truth is that it's a very big huddle getting our banks to issue them even after the bank directors approve it's issuance. |
Akinsthompson:Sir, what is the estimated worth of the hotel you intend to build at Ijapo? |
@Hola84 If you have a proposal already , and you feel you can get a BG or a state guarantee, then let's take it from there |
emiloba:It's a shame what we Nigerians have limited ourselves to. We do not believe any good and genuine thing can come out of this nation. I am an Information Technologist by training and do no scam.Emiloba, what if this is no scam, how would u bury your head in shame. |
Buying of crude is not as easy as you painted it here. It makes me wonder if you are serious. |
afamy:Yes a Nigerian bank originated BG will be aceptale. And for projects that do not require BG, all other typical requirments will be used. |
ibileye:And besides, I never said the loan was meant for foreigners, I wonder where that came from. |
ibileye:Look, the company I represent is no bank. Their job is to just make you bankable since you do not even have any previous business relationship with the lenders. The lenders will not even answer you if you by mistake have their contact. They vest their trust in this company to do their due diligence. Please note, I am not desperate either. Now Ibileye, let's take for example you had the link with an American bank to assist people who are not even bankers with the bank to secure such loans, and you registered a company for just this purpose, woun't you charge a fee for this? Woun't you pay your staff? Settle bills? If I was banking with a bank and I need a loan from them, and qualified, why will they charge me? Please think about these. |
emiloba:Hi emiloba, first and formost I thank you for your observation and alart to other nairalanders. But the truth about this matter is this, I am a registerred referral agent to the America company that brings in these funds. This company is registerred both in Nigeria and in the US. This funds are not for starters, because the requirements are just too much for a one(starter). Meanwhile if there is anywhere in this world where you can just get a $10M loan without any upfront fee, please let me know, it might just make my work easier. I am ready to register with such a coy. And for those who needs such loan, please be informed that there are definitly some upfront payments but this will only be paid after the company finds out that you can actually meet the reuirements most especially the BG. Your Account officer at the bank will be contacted. And the fees will be collected when he has given a green light. Thanks. |
deleone:Please let me have yours as I have posted my email before on my profile but started getting different mails requesting for funding and most of them do not even have a registered company. So I decided to hide it. Please bear with me. |
I cant't believe this. Which doctors in the camp said he his now fit to play? I guess they were arangee doctors from Amodu in collaboration with all mighrt Sani Lulu |
@deleone I think for you to have gone this far you see this project as viable, but please can I know what this project entails? There are lenders who specialize in different kind of industries, so let's know what that project is all about and the costing. It will be wonderful having a state guaratee. |
@johnitalio Hi, I do not know how viable this your brothers jasimne rice project will be. But if you say it has been approoved by the Ogun and Osun states, is there any document to proove this? Also, does he have the technical team to develop this business? All these will go a long way to convince the lenders that the project is both feasible and viable. |
@wolesamson please check your private box for the typical requirement to secure such loan. Cheers! |
@jking001 Please if you have such and need a loan for development, you let me know. I shouldn't be interested for a loan for you. Regards. |
@donchrizo pls check your box for the typical requirements to secure such loans. You can contact me afterwards. |
Potential suicide bombers |
Please can a good muslim explain this to me? |
Shiite Muslim worshippers, stained by their own blood from self inflicted wounds, hold knives during the festival of Ashoura, when faithful show their grief over the 7th-century killing of the Prophet Muhammad's grandson, Imam Hussein, in Basra, Iraq's second-largest city, 550 kilometers (340 miles) southeast of Baghdad, Iraq, Sunday, Dec. 27, 2009 http://news.yahoo.com/nphotos/Most-Recommended-Photos/ss/1750;_ylt=Am9LaeZ6.AqNtXtxEeumv0.aK8MA#photoViewer=/091227/481/2657294fa72b4971803f9fa3f4e79c80

@IMguru Hi I appreciate your response to my thread, but I do not know what to mail you about. You can check my profile for my private mail. Tell me all about the real estate deal and your present position. We can take it from there. Cheers! |
Wuse market Abuja is ok. If not Kano is cheaper if you are buying in large quantity. |
@EVERWIN O yes , I will reply you. I have seen it and have already added u on skype |
@monopolist That's very true, the loans are not just meant for oil and gas or real estate alone. Some of the lenders specialize in Agricultural projects. All they need is a nice blue print. |
@nowonder, A $10million loan can't come as easy as you presented it. You must have a well documented business plan/ feasibility study, registered with the CAC, and some other requirements that will make you bankable for the loan. And above all a BG is not negotiable. Thanks! |
@Dubstic, My email is in my profile. |
Hi Gbizonline, like you can see N70million is far below the amount I posted. You can do me a private mail detailing what this deal of yours is all about so I see if I can still be of assistance to you. Thanks. |
These loans are not from Nigeria, they are from the U.S and Europe. They are meant for projects and not for trading (buying and selling) unless there is an LPO ( Local Purchasing Order) which will be verified. So I think the oil stuff will be the best. The project does not necessary have to be in Nigeria. There are some lenders who just specialize in hotel for instance. So the choice is yours. Pls note that a Bank Guarantee (BG) will be needed unless the said loan is up to $150million. |
Go to Ondo state. That's the heart of cocoa business in Nigeria. |
I can assist you or anybody/firm you know to secure loan worth $10m and above if you have a good documented project plan. You may have a contract that you cannot fund or even may have a massive land and intend building an estate or a five star hotel on it. I can help secure funds from abroad. |
I am expecting cash in flow soon and am looking at taking any vacant filling in Abuja or Lagos on lease. I will appreciate any info giving on this. I will also want to know what it takes financially to rent a filling station and if anyone knows of a vacant one in the states I have mentioned. I am very green in this area so will need every little info you deem necessary. Thanks in advance. |
You've said what has been bodering me for sometime now. I think our local newspapers are culpable too. How do you advertise a clear case 419 in you daily just because of the little cash coming your way and at the same time endangering vulnerable citizens. If not how do you explain someone promising you heaven on earth, juicy packages that he claims has been working right for him and yet he has no office address on the advert and tells you to pay a certain amount into his account while he sends some packages in a CD to you afterwards. If it has been working right for you as you claim, and you have decided to expand your biz, the least you should have is an office. Sometimes you see between seven and ten of this addressless kind of adverts on the same page. Please let's watch out, they have come out in different shades. |
I still feel that the Babangida's made us strong, they thought us not to depend on government. Real self reliance. At least an average Nigerian can survive anywhere in the world now. What a hard way to learn. RIP |
