Good morning guys. Please I need some clarification on three issues. Kindly assist.

1. The change of name document I intend to upload for my wife for the eAPR is just the newspaper publication stating that all her original documents remain valid. Is this sufficient or does she need to swear an affidavit too? Has anyone used the change of name document without any issues? And if she needs to do the affidavit, will it raise any suspicion if she does it now? We got married in 2011.

2. Also, I read on this thread that we are to indicate the IME number for the medical test somewhere on the eAPR. I have not seen where it was asked and I have already filled out all required details pending upload of documents.

3. Lastly, there has been a lot of back and forth with respect to how long one should have the POF in the account for. In the past 2 months, there have been transfers in and out of my account (not huge lumpsum transfers) but I now have the required funds. Will this suffice to apply now or do I necessarily have to keep that money in place for 6 months?

No it is not a problem...However, why would you want to do your medicals in May, when you intend submitting your app in July...It is generally advised that because your Medical is valid for 1year and your Visa will be issued to expire at the expiry date of your medicals (or passport whichever is closer), always do your medical last or as close as possible to your submission date.

Please I read somewhere that the IELTS Test Report Form (TRF) can only picked up on Wednesdays for candidates in PH. I intend picking mine up on Monday to see if I can enter the pool before the next draw.

Please, are there any Port Harcourt candidates who picked their TRF from the British Council on any other day but Wednesday? Your response will be well appreciated.

As per funds, if u r in a hurry to migrate, you can write a LOE saying how u came about the sudden bulk sum or if u cant write then u can wait 3-6 months before applying

I also have a little above the required funds but I have had it in my account for just about 3 weeks. Should I still go ahead and apply now for the EE or wait for some months before applying to allow the funds stay long in the account. And if yes, how long should I wait?

I have always wondered why it may be difficult or impossible to have phone batteries (or any rechargeable batteries for that matter) that could last at least 1 year without recharging.

That figure is a dodecagon (polygon with 12 sides)

Therefore, each internal angle = 1800/12 = 150 degrees.
The triangle formed is isosceles, i.e. has 2 sides of equal length and the angles opposite those sides also equal.
So, in the triangle formed, you have the 2 angles at the base to be 75 degrees.
Since the angles in a triangle sum up to 180 degrees, X is therefore 180 - 75 -75 = 30 degrees.
