bakila:pls what is the meaning of ENGROSSED, and what is the difference between silk and SAN |
bakila:Check your write up again. You said Agabi who took in, in 1997. You never said he was engrossed as a SAN in 1997. You misled the readers and you are the one attacking people because you are chatting on social media. |
bakila:pls which league are you talking about? how old are you at the bar? I guess I am older than you new wig. I have said I didn't see the part you wrote "called in 1992" yet you are attacking me. A learned man doesn't insult people the way you and that is only if you are learned. Well it is all my fault to involve in children's argument. |
bakila:Oh I get it, u mean Selekeowei was called in 1992 ? kk then. But that doesn't mean that other persons trial shouldn't be heard again. I was in court yesterday and I witnessed cases being heard despite the fact that the A.G Akwa Ibom had matters. The rules only talk about order of hearing and not that the court must short out other matters until a particular matter is heard in that court. u mean if Saraki's matter takes 1yr, no body will be given right of audience again, just because your people want him to be jailed quickly for challenging Tinubu a.k.a yellow teeth? |
OlujobaSamuel:please read the following to inundate yo ignorance: Garnishment Garnishment can be a very effective mechanism for the enforcement of a judgment debt. It permits a judgment creditor to garnish debts payable to the debtor by other persons. Where a debt is payable to the debtor and to one or more co-owners, one-half of the indebtedness or an amount specified by order may be garnished. All the judgment creditor has to do is file a garnishee application, attach all the banks DSS is banking with to show cause why they shouldn't satisfy the judgment sum from the account of the DSS. Once the order is made, all the judgment creditor needs is to get his money from the garnished banks directly. i.e from DSS account, kapish |
bakila:pls, refer me to the place where the rule says when a SAN is appearing for a matter, every other should not be heard again. Read his complaint again and see his position. it is not a matter of hearing order, it is about foot dragging Orubebe's case and facing other trials. I thought Agabi applied for adjournment yesterday and the corrupt judge refused? |
bakila:pls correct your useless averment. going by the poo u posted, Selekeowei was called to the bar in 1992. So how come u expect Agabi to be ahead of him? |
amaechi1:Reading comments like yours make me feel like throwing up. Whose duty to provide the digital copy? Saraki or Buhari's team? you think to fight corruption is as easy as going to social media, shouting "ole"; give N500 to jobless youths coming on line with it to defend the monumental shame. I have never witness a shameless followers like APC's own all my life. The Judge has descended into the arena in this case and I trust my Supreme Court judges to decipher justice from injustice, judiciously from judicially. |
if I talk mods will ban me. I am serious at lost why a set of people from a particular group make comments without thinking. Is it that their brains are not functioning? Was Orubebe's lawyer wrong? Leave the messenger and discuss on the impartiality being shown by the cct chairman |
olapluto:You are really sounding like a layman. Oh I forgot that you are one in this. In cross examination, the sky is the light provided the questions are relevant. The Defence counsel is trying to shake the credibility of the witness, to show that he is not a reliable witness u r here oozing outer nonsense. |
Caseless:If this is your respond to his call on Buhari using the billions of dollars being recovered according to you and your allies, then there is a big problem in Nigeria. Where is the $700m u recovered from Diezeni? where is the over $200m Obj returned? I hate zombies like my poo. Simple call for the money u said has been recovered, you are jumping up and down. Now that you don't have the recovered loot as your propaganda party said, why not come out and apologized to your fellow zombies to save them the insult? |
PassingShot:I know it is a good bill provided the bill doesn't extend to the SS/SE. U guys from the West and North can accept because u guys celebrate murder. We will not accept this bill. Will the North agree for a similar bill that will allow Southerners access to free land in the North? Let the Senate pass a bill that will allow the Southerners sell dry gin in the North by allocating free land as Market. Rubbish!!! |
chriskosherbal:Yes, Saraki must go to jail together with Dasuki for is crime against Zombies. He deceived them that he was a saint when he was at the podium casting corruption tag on Jonathan. |
tigerclaws:If Saraki who was among those that, destroy our party should be welcomed, then it is better we port to KOWA. whenever I remember how this man was shouting "kworroption" at the podium in Ilorin, I feel like celebrating Buhari. |
And if Fayose said use the money u v recovered u will call him sabotage. Liars from the pit of hell. I v never seen a political party feeding her followers, zombies like this all my life |
The very day PDP will accept Saraki back to it's fold, I shall publicly tear my PDP membership card into pieces. Proudly 5% and PDPian. |
BB013:yes, read section 212 to 214 and see. The defense is trying to discredit the prosecution witness. read Julius Berger v. Isono |
Magu and illegality. Trial absentia is alien to our judicial system. This is purely judicial rascality |
I thought dubai was returning 200b dollars.......you can't have an
elephant at home for dinner and you are in the bush hunting for
rodents............LOL |
Please live Fayose, he is emulating the politics of Adedibu of Oyo and Olusola Saraki of Kwara. He knows the best way to win you heart is stomach infrastructure as confirmed by history. |
CastedDude:Who are the voters in an election? The real voters in an election are the hungry people. Come tks think of it, why or where were you when Adedibu of Oyo introduced Stomach Infrastructure in Oyo State? Without mincing words, Fayose is playing the politics of the South West. |
Anybody that castigate Fayose so saying the truth which some nairalanders are allergic to shall not witness good in ..... life. |
Olodo Op, he is very much right. He is impeachable just like your dullard president. I can see why APC was able to brainwash you guys. All executive governors in Nigeria are impeachable, so why sounding like someone bereft of ideas, propaganda, and vocabulary? I challenge you to tell me where he is wrong. |
English is really a problem to zombies.Fayose is impeachable, what is wrong with that word? Is he not impeachable? fools can't understand common word "impeachable" like their shepherd who was asked " all inclusive" but end up saying 97% and 5%. |
Chubhie:cogito ego sum!!! |
Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo of Gombe |
912:Please I have not opened the video, but is the English "I am impeachable" a bad English? in what contest did he use it. Even Buhari is impeachable let alone Fayose. |
Pavore9:Pls pass this message to him, we are waiting for him. We will disgrace him come 2019. I am an Ijaw man and don't mind voting for Itsekiri man come 2019 because d Senator is so dumb. Please pass the information |
Every day I hear from the media how Senator Kashamu is empowering his constituency and the other guy from Lagos, but the case is different from the Senator representing Delta South. You won't see until it is time for election. Nairalanders, please if you see him tell him we are waiting for him in 2019. Proudly wailer and 5% |
I have a dream that Manchester City will eliminate Almighty Madrid but will not win the cup. |
Senate queries FIRS over N1.6 billion budget on retirees’ welfare package ON April 16, 2016 9:17 AM / IN News / Comments By Henry Umoru & Joseph Erunke The Senate Committee on Finance, yesterday kicked against the appropriation of the sum of N1.6 billion by the Federal Inland Revenue Service FIRS as welfare package for its intending retirees in 2016. The amount, according to FIRS, is meant for its annual event of recognising its retired staff explaining that the event could not be held for two years due to lack of fund. The committee also frowned at the N700 million budget for medical bills of staff just as well as appropriation of over N16 billion earmarked as salaries of staff yet to be recruited. Speaking during a budget defence session with the FIRS, Chairman of the committee, John Enoh said the welfare package was quite outrageous as the agency had never spent such an amount before. To this end, he asked the FIRS to present the total breakdown of the proposed expenditure as well submit details of what it spent last on its retired staff. “We will need a presentation that explains some particular cases of variation,” he said. His action followed observation by members of the committee that the budget for the retired staff welfare was unreasonable since the agency never spent such huge amount for that purpose. The committee also observed that the FIRS proposed the sum of N350 million in the 2015 budget and received approval of N148 million but only spent N116 million out of the amount. The committee then wondered why it budgeted N700 million in 2016 budget. The committee chairman added that since FIRS claimed that it had not held the event for two years, it should provide the details of its last expenditure. The committee also kicked against appropriation of over N16 billion for salaries of 1250 staff yet to be recruited in 2016 by the FIRS. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2016/04/senate-queries-firs-n1-6-billion-budget-retirees-welfare-package/ |
