ETH did okay in his first and second. It went downhill the third season. That’s understandable, which is why very few teams have the same manager after three years. And the reason a new manager comes on board is for another perspective and new ideas to help the team.

I talk am say this De Ligt na pant . Accepted Onana was being Onana by spilling that cross that led to the 3rd goal , but a more responsive CB in place of De Ligt would’ve helped in ballooning the ball into the crowd before the Brighton player could get to the ball .

Since Onana came, we have not improved our build-up play from the back like many predicted.

He is very poor at almost all goal-keeping basics. It is in games like these that DDG will pull off save after save to keep us in the game but Onana is always there to dash whatever hopes we have. If he is shown the door or relegated to the bench, he only has himself to blame. He has not hard a stellar season since he joined. This is not what I signed up for...

I agree that we should avoid paying young uns big bucks so they don’t get ruined like Rash and Sancho but these thoughts will creep up at some point. Its guarantee-able.

Imagine saying Amad and Mainoo are in the same age bracket. When Amad was Mainoo's age 3 years ago, he was struggling to make an impact in the Scottish League.

Not to take anything away from Amad right now. I rep his set and fly his color.

We however have to give other young players (the ones with potential) a bit more time to develop and show their ability too.
