ezeagu: Okay, If I don't know, why don't you explain. Why can't the issue of the Oba who is already wearing the Oba's full regalia, be the Oba?Educate yourself and stop arguing amiss and ignorantly....Male/female regents have no claim to the throne in yorubaland. odua boy: Regency in Yoruba land is an age old institution. It is a tradition under which women are allowed to hold office as traditional rulers after the death of a reigning monarch pending the installation of a new one.http://www.thenationonlineng.net/2011/index.php/sunday-magazine/arts-life/42311-amazing-world-of-female-regents.html |

macjive01: i will not reduce myself to your rascal level and dance naked in the open. i am a reserved conservative fellow , who is a humanist and born-again christian who see the face of god daily. but i dare u . if you are a man cast another aota of aspersion on my person and see me unleash the curses of Hades upon you and your household this new year, and lets see how well off you will be by August the 8th.You reduced yourself to my rascal level...the moment you started posting crimes commited by yorubas on the thread when clearly it has nothing to do with the subject of discourse.. You can as well bring hades himself to curse me and see those curses returned to your household in a thousand folds. Moro'n |

What legacy is this ibo woman bequeathing to her children? The art of drugpushing...Sad ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
A 34-year-old housewife, Ngozi Nsofor, has been arrested by operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency for attempting to export 195 grammes of heroin to her husband in Liberia. The drug was allegedly concealed inside a bag of female artificial hair and was intercepted on Tuesday during a search of luggage to Monrovia via an Arik flight at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos. A mother of five, Nsofor said the bag was sent to her by her husband. She claimed ignorance of the heroin that was found hidden in the bag. She said, “My husband called me from Liberia, where he lives, that somebody will give me a bag. He told me to buy female artificial hair, put in the bag and send it back to him. “I bought the hair attachment as instructed by my husband. This is not my first time of sending goods to my husband. Unfortunately, heroin was discovered in the bag during a search by officers at the airport. I was shocked at the discovery. I ought to be preparing for my New Year celebration back home, but I am here writing a statement.” NDLEA Lagos Airport Commander, Mr. Hamza Umar, said, “The artificial hair was a distraction because the heroin was industrially concealed in a false bottom of the bag. It took the experience of the officers to have detected the drug. Preliminary investigation indicates that it is a family business. The suspect will soon be charged to court.” Chairman of the NDLEA, Mr.Ahmadu Giade, described the development as sad. He said, “It is sad that a married couple can be involved in drug trafficking. What legacy are they bequeathing to their children? Parents must live by example because they have a responsibility to inculcate discipline in their children. Efforts are ongoing to determine the role of the husband in this matter.” http://www.punchng.com/metro/wife-arrested-while-exporting-heroin-to-husband/

It's a big disgrace on African footbal if a benchwarmer and inconsequential player in Europe like mikel win's the african footballer of the year award. |
The cowardly and helpless yorobars of osun, ogun, oyo e.t.c will cower in fright of the nzogbu people in less than 1hour in the aftermath of any hostilitiies The igbo will slaughter the Yorubas, our yorobarr blood will be flooded into the brackish waters of Cotonou to make a good waterway for Yorobar invalids to swim into Benin Republic. Which government do Yorubas control in lagos?......Even in an igbo dominated market like alaba and ladipo There is a babaloja who caters to their [igbos] very needs...Igbos have control over their destiny in lasgidi. Yes Igbo is the widely spoken Language next to Hausa. Yoruba no follow
The aboki boys slaughters the Nzogbu boys like sallah rams every year..They even come to your backyard and shag your women...All we hear is cries from the cowardly Nzogbu boys. The OPC will finish you and kinsmen in every hook and crany of lagos within 1hour You have no control over your destinies in lagos....Don't disobey your babaloja else your 2by2 cubicle would be locked down permanently and no amount of pleas from the red cap chiefs will make us reverse our decisions. Show us where it was stated that yiibo language is the 2nd most widely spoken language in the country or keep you ogbono mouth shut forever |

ichidodo: Yes,igbos will chase Yorubas out of their land,A land where they are the majorities and the whole suburb is surrounded by helpess yoruba speaking states like ogun, osun, oyo e.t.c....I 'm so daft not to realise itThe cowardly and helpless yorubas of osun, ogun, oyo e.t.c will smoke out the nzogbu people in less than 1hour in the aftermath of any hostilities Name one fulani in the cabinet of the kwara state government...The emir is just fulani by name nothing more and stop equating ilorin to all of kwara state You said that there are more ibos in kano than yorubas...So tell me in the aftermath of any hostilities who would have the biggest casualities? And it's sheer tomfoolery to even assume that you control as liitle as 6% of the lagos economy in your 2by2 spareparts and okrika shop Which government do you control in lagos?......Even in an ibo dominated market like alaba and ladipo we have a babaloja...Ibos have no control over their destiny in lasgidi. When did ibo language become the most widely spoken language in Nigeria talkless of the world Nna stay away from akpu. that dangerous thing desecrates and diminishes one thinking capacity |
ichidodo: If NigeriaHow can ibos chase Yorubas out of their God given land,A land where they are the majorities and the whole suburb is surrounded by yoruba speaking states like ogun, osun, oyo e.t.c...Doesn't that sound ridiculous to you. Yorubas are the majority in kwara state with nothing less than 95% of the population so how can the minut fulani populace chase away the majority. You and i know that there are more ibos in kano and abuja than Yorubas. So the aboki's will only suyanize you Igbos as they have been doing since the 60's if you refuse to pack your bags and go in the aftermath of disintegration. As long as the Yorubas remains the majority in lagos, control the goverment and their language the most spoken.....You ibos will continue to whine and cry for what you can never have. |
