I had a terrible experience with ETX-NG and I want to warn people against using their services. If you need your transcript just go to your school or find a reliable student in school to help you. I paid N26500 to ETX since October 2016 and till now August 2017 my transcript has not been sent and they refused to do me a refund. The Customer service reps are also rude and unhelpful...Beware!!!!

please fellow nairalander, my friends have been complaining of late transcript delivery. ETX-NG promises 21 working days but after about 40,working days which is about 2 months, they have not been notified of their transcript getting to their destination.

The only place you can successfully do a new passport that involves change of name is Abuja.....That much I can say because I did mine in Abuja and I got it same day (after two trips though...lol)

many people here have advisedPH residents to better go to bayelsa or owerri for immediate results.

I applied 13th april for a renewal + change of name. I paid 35k for 32pg booklet
I captured on 17th of may...waited endlessly wit enough follow up ooooo.
I got ADR on 28june .....went bak there and d long story no be here.
summarily i was told to either wait for the 32pg booklet to "arrive next week"; or apply for 64pg booklet and pay new fees forfeiting the old fee.
I had a cic deadline and no assurance for availability of 32pg booklet.....so i paid anoda 25k...got it 2days later.

so abeg....find ur way to owerri or bayelsa. before u go, make sure booklets are available there.

OAU sends hard copy. They sent BSc for my husband and Masters for me so yes they do...ETX took my money and didnt do jack< I eventually processed it myself so I will advise strongly against ETX. If you know any student in school or any of your friends who is a lecturer, they are in better positions to help you than ETX. I got someone's contact in exams and records for PG school and my transcript was sent in 2 days. He even helped me get my certificate...

Great work here. OAU graduates pls help a sis. How did you get your transcript evaluated. Bearing in mind that OAU doesnt send hard copy

ETX-NG is more of a scam than anything else...Please have a student currently in school assist you...I can also share someone's contact with you if its for Masters
