Thank God for the gift of a new job.
God bless Debby and crew.
piece of advice: 1. Never give up but put your trust wholly on God. 2.Leave your comfort zone and move out to where things are happening. 3. Plan strategically. 4. apply for your dream jobs even when you don't have the experience. 5.develop yourself, take online courses, connect with people (LinkedIn). 6. Look out for what the job requires from you and develop/get certified.

Congrats

Nairaland is very useful if you know what you want from it

This is true..
Aside the jokes, banters and all that happens here daily, there are lots of information here one can arm themselves with and not everyone here are scam.
I have gotten useful information from people here..
There are lots of people ready to help.

Jadonjack:
I've heard pple say most times dat, most of the job vacancies posted on nairaland are fake.

Well I dnt knw whr dey got dat from. Few weeks ago, I saw a job vacancy posted here, I applied, went through some crazy interview sessions, now I've been called to resume.

I'm on my way to ma new office now.

The salary isn't d best but it's far better than dat of ma previous job.

abnot:
Hmm I don't get what you been by errors/mistakes but I meant how many years does it usually take... To the best of my knowledge I'm not sure you got my question...
At my last place of work I realised that promotion was solely at the Discretion of the MD and not based on quality of work output/results to be determined by my supervisor. Consequently members of staff resorted to sycophancy and even going to assist the MD at her home during weekends and following her to her church all to please her and get a promotion . I realised that after a while and resorted to seeking another job which landed me at zenith. Nevertheless it took me over a year to find out the culture and dynamics of the organisation.

That's why I'm asking bout zenith's career prospects and the average length of time it takes an ET to move up to an EA position . That's all

Boss i get you very well.. I'm new in the system too..
Do u have any close pal at work?? If u do then you have answers to most of ur questions.

abnot:
Still yet to settle in fully and haven't gotten my chat password . But so far so good no hostility yet as I seem to have been assigned to a great team . From time to time I hear the overdue for promotion talk . Please how Long does it usually take to move from ET to EA ?

What i will tell u is keep doing ur best and get along with ur superiors..
Try as much as possible to avoid errors / mistake..
