There are cool places that are free.
If the reception is in church, you wont have to pay, if you decide to do it in the car park or field of the church, you wont have to pay either.
@George, you seem to like this thread so much. Whats behind this love?

Ok. I may have been wrong.
Ofcourse you are wrong! How is Auto section busier than Romance? I'm still wondering why Jaybee/iice arent in the forefront.
Another interesting trend I noticed is that while Jarus and OAM4J are nominated almost equally, nobody has mentioned Chelseabmw who is inspired's co-MOD.(wetin happen) or Dis guy who is with Justwise.
Its also funny(atleast to me)

I refuse to believe the dude has anything to do with the situation. Seriously, who get that time?
And why should anyone stop nominating /not nominate him?  undecided

My own business be seh, every food section poster should get ready to starve in the new year.  angry angry A whole 8 pages and not even a single Missy B?  undecided cry
Y'all are in hot soup.
Choi!! This is the end of the beginning for me! I voted jaybee because he promised to get a romantic guy to marry me. I voted justwise because he promised me visa to obodo oyibo.
But if I starve next year, I wont be fresh and alive to marry and travel.
*scratches her moustache and thinks*
errm MissyB, you are more important than both of them. Throw one overboard and climb in. Lol.

All these does not matter if he cannot produce a PDP party membership card.

No Umbrera logo on the membership card, no winning. Simples!
lmao. Hope you are not insinuating that this Inspired guy is opening up new IDs to nominate himself. I can swear, he's not that jobless.
Me thinks he's advertising covertly, then again, that's childish but fun.
Honestly, I love the display, the solidarity the 'on point' kinda post. In any case, inspired_m's popularity just shot up if that means anything to him and his car business

EducationRe: How To Pass Your Exams-by Tayo Demola by Odunnu: 11:01am On Dec 09, 2011
Ileke-IdI:
1. Dont cram. I like to give myself a week to study.

2. Read your book thoroughly. If it says Chap 1-15, read Chap 1-15 from cover to back. I've had many prof whose exams are 25% from notes, 75 % from textbook.

3. Practice past exams. Get them from a friend or two. I'm one of the lucky few who always has somebody to get the past exams from grin

4. Study groups. Sometimes they help, sometimes they dont. Sometimes I just wanna lock myself help and read by myself. But it helps me greater when I explain to others and others explain to me.

5. Sleep, 6 hrs minimum. Your brain needs to rest. I always clearly remember items I study 6hrs earlier after a good night sleep.

[s]6. Go to proffs office hours ( just seeing your face may make him give you that 2 extra point for that A).[/s] I seem to remember what my proffs says durin office hours, rather than what they say during class time. I still wonder why.

7. Eat healthy. I know how we love to go to McDonalds/ Starbucks during exams. That's a no no! Eat healthy (tips for exam healthy diets are online. Use them).
Not advisable in our universities if you are a beautiful/attractive gurl. You'll end up attracting those randy old dogs and you must donate to be set free.
The system here sucks

And Politics section is hidden as well, ehn kwa?
If I dont have my section thread up there b4 the end of today, mcheew, what happened in 1952 will repeat itself.
Jarus:
Only the threads of the hidden, low-traffic sections are making front page for now. Very soon, all threads will be consolidated in a single section and sent to home page.

Seeing their inscriptions on the placards, I dont know what side to side again. I agree Okada is a sure way to Orthopedic  hospital most times but in life everything is a risk.

Nairaland GeneralRe: Nairaland Charity Organisation- E-Helpers Network by Odunnu: 8:12pm On Dec 07, 2011
We dont have the intentions of registering it, atleast not yet. Its just an assembly of volunteers who may be random partners to help alleviate suffering in a targeted individual/persons.
toluxa1:
I am not sure whether or not this has been discussed in previous pages of this thread but has legal registration of this Organisation (NCO) been considered?

Okay, I nominate Jaybee for the simple reason of him being my friend. lol
I'll also nominate Justwise for bringing a level headed sanity to the travel section.

If the organizers of this organisation can guarantee my anonymity ,  I'm willing to donate large sums of money to the next cause/project but I do not want my name or anything related to me on any thread or front page news. That's the only thing that sincerely keeps me from donating,

All is well.
I promise you, your request will be respected and granted. You will notice in the just concluded project, a number of people were tagged with initials, anonymous etal.On behalf of Jarus and r231, i promise your name wont get out.
Nairaland GeneralRe: Nairaland Charity Organisation- E-Helpers Network by Odunnu: 7:30pm On Dec 07, 2011
Jarus:
@ Odunnu,
If we have 3 field team members, one in Lagos another in PH and the third in Kano, how will they meet physically? If the one in Lagos is not available, who will assist? If Ify and OlowoT had not been Lagos-based, the Obuh project may not have been that successful.

The actual reality is, almost half of the cases we will hear about will be in Lagos. This doesn't mean mean only Lagos cases will be entertained, but all we need do to handle a case outside Lagos is co-opt a Nairalander in that place on adhoc basis and work with him/her.

This is just my opinion though, the Lagos-rule can be expunged.
Ok. No wahala. As an aside, i've been wondering, under that bridge where the Obuh's just left, isnt there another family we can help out?
