The National Assembly have the constitutional right to effect changes in our budget in as much as it is done in good faith, the executive should stop using every opportunity to discredit our honourable members and portray them as enemies of the people, we have good people in the house that are concerned about the well-being of the masses than the presidency and the Ministers combined. they introduced other projects that will equally affect the lives of Nigerians and not Brazilians. How sure are we that the Executive will deliver 50% of the projects that were not altered . There should be synergy among the arms of govt. not blame game.
